Excellent hosts… Hans and Valentina were super friendly and helpful. We simply felt home. Very responsive and swift whenever we asked for something. Excellent recommendations. The place is amazing with very beautiful scenery. The house was well decorated and super clean. It has all what we needed and we were super happy with our stay. We definitely recommend and will for sure come back again whenever in northern Italy… Thanks a lot Hans and Valentina…

Thomas is an attentive host. The four of us spent almost two weeks in the newly furnished, bright apartment and from there made many excursions towards Lugano and over the mountain to Como. Tip: Museo dei Fossili in Meride and Parco Scherrer in Morcote. The parking space at the house is easily accessible via a private road. Check-in via lockbox is straightforward. You can walk to the small beach in Osteno in a few minutes. The house is in a loop of the country road - you can hear the traffic on the terrace and with the window open, which did not bother us. Unfortunately, we had less nice weather than expected, so it was a pity that the balcony has hardly any sun, which is probably beneficial in the hot time. The beautiful view from the living-dining area to the lake is priceless. Porlezza has several big supermarket and there are restaurants in the area. A car is an advantage. We can recommend the apartment.

Marco made sure the fire was on a few hours before we arrived. The place was very well located right near the lake. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very good time in Alessandra's beautiful apartment! It is very tastefully and cozily furnished, and we were able to spend the two days with a lot of rain in the house. The tranquility in the house and in Osteno have been good for us, the beautiful garden and the direct access to the lake are a dream. After our first drink, the bar right at the house unfortunately went on a business vacation. We discovered the small garden balcony above the lake for us. A place to enjoy and glide in the evening. Contact with Alessandra and Gabriella, who welcomed us on site, was easy, reliable and friendly. Absolutely recommended (only the "restaurant" on the harbor seems quite unloving - but pizza very good).
