Everything was great, very quiet and cozy. We loved all the amenities and a big plus for me is always the accessibility to parking. There’s plenty of places that only have street parking which isn’t necessarily bad, but having a dedicated parking spot is always a plus for me. The house was nice and quiet and you’ll definitely get your rest if you need it. Honestly, we would consider staying here again in the future Thank you for everything

Lila’s guesthouse is so cute and comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the garden in the backyard is peaceful, especially at sunset. I felt very safe with the security gate in the front, and street parking was never a problem. The outdoor laundry closet was awesome, too! The guesthouse itself has an adorable kitchen with everything you need. The bathroom has this cool cement shower and some storage space. Since I was there on business, I appreciated having a desk at which to work. Lots of windows and natural light, but awesome shades to pull down for privacy. As a woman traveling alone, the best part was how supported I felt by Lila. She was incredibly responsive to any request or question I had, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. You can also tell that Lila put a lot of thought into the details of the rental, and didn’t skimp on quality. I’d give more than five stars for customer service if it were possible! Thanks so much, Lila, for making me feel at home!!

I stayed here for a few months, and without question I would do it again. This place was perfect and Kyung is a wonderful person. Knowing more people in my profession may also need a place like this, I will always recommend it!
