Monthly Rentals in Church Hill

This was our third year at Maraya's place, and an easy choice for our trips to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Tournament at the Meadowview Conference Center -- go CIU Rams!🙌. Why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house with the works for the same cost? I like walking, and the location is less than a 15 minute walk from the Meadowview Conference Center via Oasis Lane. Not to mention that Meadowview itself is great for a beautiful stroll. Plus the neighborhood nearby the house is big enough for a 2 to 3 mile walk with very little traffic and some challenging hills to get the heart rate up.

This space is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but the highway isn't too far away to bring you back to civilization. The views here are amazing and it was so peaceful. The fenced in yard made our dogs feel welcome and we loved being able to bring them with us on this trip without having to walk them all the time. Inside is such a nice space, any book lover will be right at home here! There's stuff for the kids, and the full kitchen allowed for cooking, saving money on eating out. Sleeping arrangements are awesome for a family, parents have their own space to enjoy in the master bedroom suite. Definitely recommend staying at this unique location!
