Vacation rentals with beach access in Christchurch

Marion's studio was lovely - bright and warm and had everything we needed. Location was great and car parking even though on the street was extremely convenient. A great place to stay in Christchurch!

If you want a quiet, serene and comfortable place to stay Denise's place is for you. It is rural but close to everything you want in and around Christchurch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and reccomend it to fellow travellers.

great little flat for my mother to stay in. Easy flat access. Heat pump and oil heater kept her warm. With the esplanade and cafes just over the road there is plenty to do. Supermarket just around the corner for provisions. Loved it

We enjoyed the accommodation very much! The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Everything is well described and explained so that no unresolved questions can arise during the stay. The apartment is wonderfully located, overlooking the water on the top of three floors. You can shop on foot or take the bus to downtown. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. It's important to them to give guests a great stay, and you can tell. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! It’s a beautiful interior - very clean and comfortable- and a wonderful view out. Washed some clothes here and appreciated the drying rack provided. We appreciated Ken’s recommendations for Christchurch and the surrounding area. If this spot is available for your trip, book it!

What a wonderful place to stay- and wonderful hosts too! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Great location as well - next to green spaces and near the ocean. Very easy to get into the city too. Can easily recommend to others.

Annie and Chris are amazing hosts! Annie went out of her way to make us all feel at home and even to show us around the area. She is friendly, kind, and caring and on top of all of that, loads of fun! The place was amazing as well, clean, peaceful, and just a short walk from an amazing beach and great restaurants. This is the ideal AIR BNB!

This was a cozy little place by the beach. It was exactly what we needed while visiting family. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance and enough free parking nearby.

My new favourite place to stay in Christchurch, beautiful home with lots of spots to sit and relax in the sunshine. Right across the road from the beach and a very cool cafe around the corner. Definitely recommend this home!

Incredible four nights in New Brighton. We have been coming for 8 years to a local surf competition and this time was the first staying here. Lovely new apartment, central, cozy and also private. Loved every part of it and Bee was a star with the communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be back ~
