Monica’s apartment is great. It has everything you need for a short- or long-term stay, the location is the best in Puerto Varas, and the apartment is cozy with wonderful light! You’re right at the heart of downtown, with two supermarkets less than a block away. Monica is very responsive if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Really, the place seemed spectacular, quiet, clean, very comfortable, close to places of adult entertainment, Mall and supermarkets. Without hesitation, a place more than recommended.

Carlos has an excellent disposition and good treatment. Your apartment is cozy and nicely equipped. It is centrally located on a shopping street and the remodeling of the old property is very well accomplished! Also take care of details at all levels, even in the quality of the sheets. Totally recommended!

Very good value for money. Key if the goal is to go shopping at the waterfront center. Check in super simple and there is a doorman all day.

Highly recommended,spacious,comfortable and very well-equipped apartment . It has a good location and is on the 14th floor,with mesh and glass slide due to security issues, which we really liked. My stay at Laguna Vista was amazing. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to Playa el canelo and nearby shops. Pedro was a very good host, very friendly and attentive, always available for any questions and provide us with useful recommendations to enjoy the facilities to the fullest. Check in and out were very simple which made the experience even better. I would definitely come back to stay here and I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The depto. Very nice and in a good location. Joel's directions were excellent and the people at the reception very friendly. While we had a theme with the cleanliness of depto Joel, he was willing to improve that look.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Valle Nevado. Macarena was super responsive and helped us find a great driver (Cristian Soto—who I also highly recommend—for private affordable transport to and from Santiago and the airport to the apartment). She was also very flexible about check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated. The view is magnificent from every room. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna (which requires booking and a fee but that also meant we had it to ourselves). Overall we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Macarena’s apartment for a winter ski adventure in Valle Nevado!
