Excellent choice in Punta bella. House is in front of the beach, arrives delivery and taxis. It has everything you need: beach, pool, deck (terrace) with grill, furniture for several people, neighbors do not bother if you put music. We could not have asked for more, thank you Mauricio!

The house was very nice, clean and tidy. My little ones had a lot of fun, it was easy to get there. Especially ivonne's friendliness and how easy it is to communicate with her. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house, it's everything as described and with easy access to the beach.

The super quiet stay was for a family New Year's plan, the layout of the place is a 10, even more so if you go with small children as was my case, since we had children who could play and feel safe in the green area and also in the house, there is also a door inside the house to go up to the second floor, very well thought out for going with small children, we enjoyed the pool, gracious, they answered all the questions, highly recommended the place and the hosts

The house is clean and large, much nicer than the photos. The location is excellent if you are with small children. We were a group of 13 people including a baby and 3 children and we had a great time. They provided us with umbrellas, tips and all the amenities. Hosts Guido and Natalie are always attentive to any questions. We hope to return. I recommend it!

The house has a privileged view, we went with the family to spend a weekend disconnected from the city and it was really worth it. The environments are spacious, comfortable, and have many entertainment options, as shown in the photos. We hope to be back soon!

Very nice apartment! It is a super comfortable and spacious duplex, it has everything you need to be on the beach for a few days and with a nice terrace and pool. Its location is super good, super close to the beach. Highly recommended, also for the service and attention of the hosts, they care that everything is good for the stay and are super friendly and attentive at all times.

I stayed with Maria Rafaela for more than a month and it was a joy. The apartment is small but has everything. The view is magnificient and the bed is very comfortable. I didn't need to contact Maria Rafaela on many things during my stay, but after my checkout – that I had to do in a hurry – she was very good to me. Highly recommend.

Lots of communication with days in advance, security staff in the gate always attentive and available even in the early morning hours. Everything tidy and clean, very nice place. against: there is no convenience store business nearby or restaurant, even more at night or Sunday. i recommend to take everything bought. the rest I loved the place, we are very happy
