Juan Carlos' place was a welcome respite in a wonderful area. He was responsive to our requests (e.g., for additional towels), and to have someone show us how to work the stove and the washer/dryer. The facilities were clean and fresh. The security was excellent. The view is nothing special, but it's just two blocks from Larcomar with its gorgeous sunsets. We would stay there again.

Great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the park and the ocean. Lots to do nearby, including many great restaurants. This is a perfect apartment for either a short or extended stay while in Lima. I would definitely go back to Gianfranco’s place and would recommend to friends and family.

Really great! That's why I decided to extend my stay here. The place is very comfortable and the location was very practical for me since I had to attend the University of San Marcos. Yulimar, the assistant with whom I was communicating, was always attentive to my concerns and responded promptly. They communicated with me through a group of guatsap (poorly written but not leaving me) where they indicated use of tv, kitchen and washing machine that was very useful to me. To get to the place it is a little complicated at the beginning but then you take your hand, in addition Yulimar made it easier for me to plan and directions. I'm very happy with the stay here

This was a great spot to crash after our trip to Machu Picchu! Would recommend. Had all the space we needed. Walter let us check in early to accommodate our flight.

The Hosts were amazing, super responsive and helpful at all times. Even accommodated a special request for late check-out. Elevator was broken or broke the day of arrival, hosts immediately reached out after check-in acknowledging deficiency, were apologetic and friendly. Their acknowledgement made all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a really nice stay. The place is very nice and cozy🤩. The area is also very well located close to many restaurants and supermarkets, a hostess with excellent communication, kindness and making us feel in a comfortable place, super detailed every aspect of the house and above all beautiful 😍🫶🏻

The problem is that they charged me 20% more. And this is the second time working with iStay, losses of more than $300. This is a large amount and no one bears any responsibility. I live in Peru, the national currency here is sol, the amount on Airbnb is indicated in soles, but is charged in dollars (this is not indicated anywhere!!!). The internal exchange rate of the bank is huge and no one wants to bear responsibility. Be careful! But the apartment is good, so I do not give 1.

The atmosphere is very nice, the space is as it appears in the photos of the ad. Communication with Ricardo was super fast, very attentive to everything. It's located in a very central, quiet place with a great view.

We had a fantastic long-term stay here and it was perfect for remote work! The house was consistently comfortable and quiet, creating an ideal work environment. The host was incredibly responsive! While the kitchen only had a few basic items for cooking, we were able to easily supplement with items from the dollar store. Great location too!

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and perfectly equipped for your stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent with everything you need within walking distance. The only thing was we are a family of five with 3 young boys and this place was a little tight. Everyone slept fine but we need to spread out a bit more. However, it served our need and we are grateful.

Great welcome from Luigi who allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than expected (we arrived by bus early in the morning after a long night of travel), very responsive by message he even sent us recommendations for visits and restaurants around the apartment, very clean apartment, with all accommodations (coffee maker, fruit juice machine, kettle, shower gel, shampoo) Very nice view on the 18th floor. Really great!
