Apartment in very good condition, as it appears in the advertisement. Very important that has a garage space. Very close to the beach and the leisure area but in a quiet and noise-free area. Both Claudio and Azul answered all our doubts. Very good experience.

The apartment is just as described in the listing. The location is excellent, in a quiet area but close to a lot of restaurants. The outdoor garage square, very close to the apartment, two minutes away, is a plus on these dates, otherwise it is very difficult to park in Conil. The apartment has air conditioning both in the dining room and in the room, which is appreciated on these dates.

Central but quiet location. You can find free parking couple of minutes away.

Yolanda is a very kind and welcoming host. His apartment, which is on the top floor of his house, is very convenient because it has everything you need during a trip. The beds are comfortable and very clean. Thank you so much for this stay and great welcome!:)

I was with a friend and we were looking for an apartment near the beach and that was also close to the restaurant and bar area the apartment is perfect for it. its location is central and it does not take more than 5 min to the beach. Regarding Francisco, the host, he was flexible with check-out time and allowed us to check out later than the time. He was also attentive and willing to help with whatever we needed. Definitely a recommended place to stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Juan's. The house and garden are fantastic and in good condition. The grounds are sheltered, the garden and living room are very spacious and offer enough room for groups, even in bad weather. From the balcony you can see the sea and the walk to the beach only takes about 5 minutes. Juan was constantly available as a contact person and immediately changed the gas when it ran low. We were completely satisfied and definitely want to come back next year. Thanks for an amazing time!

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

We spent a weekend at Pedro's house with colleagues and we can say that the place is very well equipped, in a great location and ready for the enjoyment of travelers. As for the host we can only mention positive things, super attentive to any message or call from us, it lives next to the rental home which facilitates any unforeseen events. Great place! Clean, comfortable house that has everything you need. The location was perfect, offering tranquility and a relaxing atmosphere. The garden area and the brick bbq are a plus. Really enjoyed the stay. Check-in/-out was very easy. Would definitely love to come back!

Clarisa a very attentive and friendly girl, in the apartment we felt at home ,the street super quiet and without parking problem, the Mercadona would be 200m and the Aldi 50 meters away. Everything perfect, just to put one but we kind of miss having a living room with a sofa to watch TV at night ..but the truth is also no inconvenience . Everything is perfect and Clarisa a love .

The accommodation is fantastic to rest and disconnect from the routine ,highly recommended for walks to the beach . we have been in the family very comfortable!!!

A very well located apartment due to its proximity to the main streets of El Puerto de Santa María. The apartment is very good, the terrace and the rooftop we loved it.

Very quiet apartment. There are 4 very small apartments, little insulation, the 4 were busy and the neighbors were very quiet. Lots of humidity!!! The table outside, for lunch in the middle of winter, is a bit fair. And then non-potable water at the tap! We're not used to it and we were surprised. Pleasant stay for those looking for peace and quiet. Very well equipped!! everything very clean.

Nati and Ignacio are excellent hosts, communication was quick and close, and they had the detail to leave a few bottles of water in the fridge. The arrival and departure of the apartment is easy and autonomous. The apartment is small, of two heights, very tastefully decorated and very well equipped (towels, iron, radiators). It's very well located two minutes from the bullring, and parking in the area is easy. We've been three friends for a weekend and we felt super comfortable!

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

We really enjoyed it. Lots of peace and quiet. The apartment is small, but cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days. Both my children and we have enjoyed the pool a lot. Angela and the cleaning woman, a love.
