Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

A great stay!! The apartment is beautiful and perfectly equipped. To highlight the attention of both José and Natalia who at all times were available and accessible to solve small incidents that could arise quickly and diligently. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great holiday. Fabulous location next to bars and restaurants.The apartment is stylish very well equipped and has amazing views .It was very clean. The sunsets are spectacular and can be viewed from the balcony. As it was early in the season the swimming pool was closed, which we were informed about but it would have been nice to have a sun lounger on the balcony. Juan greeted us at the property and explained everything we needed to know. He was available by phone to solve any issues or queries we had.

Very good location next to the promenade. You also have the plaza del cabildo less than 10min walk, where are the best-known tavernas, such as Casa Balbino and the gitana. The house is clean and well cared for, with solarium and pool (communal), although at the time we were closed. As a point to warn, is that to access the apartment you have to climb a fairly steep spiral staircase (if you have any mobility problems can be a problem). You also have parking within the urbanization, although depending on the car, it can be a little justifiable... still you can park outside (I understand that in high season it won't be that easy). Finally, Victor has a very nice and simple treatment. You won't have any issues accessing the house or if there are any issues.

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was comfortable and homely. It's so close to the beach which is beautiful and kept very clean. You can see the sea from the balcony, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Manuel was a lovely host.

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

the accommodation is in an unbeatable location 50m from the beach, it is just as described and the photos shown in the listing... everything very tidy,clean, there was no lack of detail in the house,the mattress on the large bed is a wonder, it has a good terrace, where the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. a lot of bars and cafes to taste, communication with her was instant,worried about every detail(a charm in person), she recommended us where to eat and to visit,definitely a thousand times I stay in this place, I give you a 1000!!

Óscar treated us phenomenally and the house is perfect for 2 people. The location is great. Next to Caños and El Palmar. We went with our little dog and it gives a lot of peace of mind that the plot is completely closed. Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend. The accommodation is cozy, very complete, with a nice decoration. We were left some welcome details that we really liked. Hector and Blanca, they are very detailed hosts, they were attentive at all times that we were comfortable in their home. We were advised by restaurants and places in the area. We would definitely not mind repeating.

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

The apartment was very nice with a super balcony courtyard with swimming pool parking right outside the door on the first floor the apartment. Tastefully decorated everything picobello clean. 5 minutes' walk to the sea. Thanks again to Heike. We will certainly come back again.

It is direct walk to the beach, there is a Aldi grocery store within 10 minute walk I took a day trip to cadiz by train. Everything is easy to walk to in this town. Great seafood available. It is a very quiet town and very old. But I found it charming. this is an authentic Spanish town not a touristy location There were some bars with live music on the weekends I was there in Late February and it was sunny every afternoon, but not warm enough to swim. There was a heater and air conditioner in the apt and good water pressure in the shower Very comfortable bed with good closet. The rooftop terrace is beautiful with a view of the castle

We had a lovely stay and would 100% recommend it for a place to stay in Arcos

Alejandro was attentive as soon as we arrived and did not hesitate to tell us everything we needed to feel comfortable in the area. We had water, candy for the child, and he also had the thoughtfulness to leave us a bottle of local white wine. At no time did we feel uncomfortable, you can walk to the beach and the leisure area, there are food establishments very close and in the community pool there was a good atmosphere. We would repeat.

I loved my stay in the house, I stayed for 1 month. Its is a beautiful, modern, clean big house with everything you need, including a nice garden. Location is perfect close to the beach, town is about 15 min walk. Visiting other towns is better by car. Would recommend this place and hope to return. Alberto was super helpfull with everything.

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

I visited my boyfriend in Rota back in Nov and occupied Jose listing for 12 days , our stay was great so we decided to stay here again 18 day this month January. Everything was the same. Great check in , good communication , and accommodated us in every way that they could. The place is spacious, clean and very secure. Love this location it has become my permanent stay when I visit Rota ❤️

A very convenient flat in Jerez in an old converted house with lovely courtyards to sit out in. From here you can walk to everything you need in Jerez. We had stayed before and knew it was a good find. Míriam who manages the place is so friendly and helpful. Tomás contacted us in advance so that we were assured everything was ready for us to arrive. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back again.

Lovely, well appointed apartment in a quiet, tucked away location but within walking distance of the beach and handy for supermarket. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely come here again.
