Booked the property for my birthday and what a cool little home and even more cooler hosts Divya and her dad.Everywhere you look inside the house you see cute artworks and small sweet and quirky notes. Me and my partner enjoyed every moment out there.If you are planning to stay an hour drive around Kochi and want a clean and calm property just book it and you won’t regret it.Cherai beach is 20 min drive and there is a paddy field nearby where you can watch stunning sunrise and sunset.Hugs for Divya’s mom for cooking us breakfast.we are going back there soon😊

This place is value for money for any one wanted to stay near airport . 4 star suit room I got for a nominal price

We had great stay at Mathai's house,this house has everything we needed especially hot water, AC, filtered water, All cooking utensils , We felt right like living in our own home, Great location, great neighborhood. Host Jiby was really helpful, was ready to help us any time whenever we messaged him, Even his cousins Miya, Diya was there to help us, Host Mathai visited us to ensure everything was ok with our stay, Even neighborhood was really great and helpful, Host was happy for us check early and check out early hours he was there to help us, We would definitely recommend this place to other guest
