Perfect accommodation both for those who want a relaxing weekend and for those who want to have a weekend with friends, located in a perfect position to be able to move comfortably on foot without having to move the car. Beautiful house, spacious, very equipped, modern. Fabio number one. Highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Cristiano and Sara’s apartment. Beautifully decorated, with many small touches. Right in the middle of Ravenna which was perfect for walking to all the sights. Their recommendations for restaurants was fantastic. Cristiano was always responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

We sincerely thank Antonella for her sunny welcome and for her availability. The house is wonderful, cozy and well furnished, with all the essentials. The location is great.

We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)

Comfortable apartment, practically on the beach, nice to have breakfast looking at the sea. Very close to Mirabilandia. The apartment had all the comforts and was very clean. Matteo and his dad are very kind and hospitable.

Great place! Very comfortable with parking on premises! Only negative is that the gate only operates with a key.

A perfect hostess! Alway available to help. Elegant, spacious, pristine clean, comfortable, quiet and a comfortable bed and the luxury of 2 bathrooms and coffee and tea and welcome treats! Very convenient, 5 mins walking distance to the centre of Lugo and 15-20 mins walk to the station. We would highly recommend Antonella's Apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Marina and Giorgio were wonderful hosts. Lots of little extras that I hadn’t expected. Location is a very easy walk to the train station, buses, the historic district, and to the beach area with lots of restaurants. The apartment itself is in a residential area so very quiet. First time in Rimini and Marina and Giorgio made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend!

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. A beautiful landscape. The location is unique with panoramic views incl. Sunrise and sunset. And Silke and Luca are the best hosts there are. We were welcomed with open arms and felt immediately comfortable. Both are always responsive. If I'm in the area again, Cal Torello is my first address!

Sara was a wonderful host who was communicative and helpful to me despite slight the language barrier. The place was superb and in an excellent spot for me and I would definitely book here again in the future.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
