Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

Oreste is a very hospitable and kind host, the apartment is very comfortable and very clean. We had a good time and highly recommend it. We were guests of Oreste to spend New Year's Eve in Rimini and we comfortably toured the cities near Igea Marina. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! It is a nice apartment with enough place for a family of 4-5 persons. It is not a long walk to the sea. There is a very nice pastry shop in waking distance- Peccati di Gola )

Emanuele is really a SUPER HOST!We were in Cattolica for the national final of the Sport Project: the apartment is in a quiet residential area, very close to the sea and the pedestrian area and 8 minutes from the Riviera Horses Resort, very easy to reach. The apartment is really super and beautiful and totally matches the photos and description and also the large terrace was very used. We had a great time. We had to leave the apartment Saturday morning, by 10 a.m., but since there was no other reservation, Emanuele offered to keep it free for the whole morning: in this way, after completing the races we returned home calmly and prepared all the luggage... without haste... we left it around 2 p.m. If we were to return to Cattolica, I would definitely stay here again. Emanuele, thank you!!!! 😘

Abundant parking and spacious accommodations made this a perfect place to stay. The host's instructions were clear and easy to follow, so getting into the apartment was easy. It is the perfect location for a trip to Ravenna, everything is within walking distance. Definitely recommend this host and apartment if you are planning a trip to Ravenna.

The accommodation is ideally located for people looking to visit the area and its historic hotspots, while wishing to stay in the quiet of the countryside. Her parking is a plus, Catia is very friendly and accessible, and the small cabinet of curiosities in the accommodation gives her charm.

A perfect hostess! Alway available to help. Elegant, spacious, pristine clean, comfortable, quiet and a comfortable bed and the luxury of 2 bathrooms and coffee and tea and welcome treats! Very convenient, 5 mins walking distance to the centre of Lugo and 15-20 mins walk to the station. We would highly recommend Antonella's Apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

Claudio is a great landlord, very hospitable, friendly, available, ready to intervene for any need. Her home is cozy, bright, equipped with everything you need and more. And it's really clean. The location is great, because despite being very close to the center of Forlì, it is in a residential area full of greenery and quiet. I mean, I'd love to go back.

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

The apartment was as advertised . Very clean and in a quiet setting.

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
