Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

For the first time, experience the local neighborhood, although it is the first time to visit Madrid, but to live in a local area is also a different experience, it can clearly feel that the area is relatively clean, safe, relative to the middle class area, and the dirt difference in certain areas of the city really contrast, the design of the industrial wind is really bright, and a lot of materials are used for waste, you can see the host's insistence on the concept of sustainable environmental protection

Great place to stay in Tetuán! Easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. The apartments is very spacious and cozy.

Great property that was private and close to the supermarket and transport links. Nacho was a great host, really went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful throughout the trip.

Ruth was helpful and responsive. She was kind and accommodating when I accidentally messed up the check out time. Her place is in an awesome location. It was clean and comfortable- looked just like the photos.

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable and well -stocked, convenient to grocery stores and the Metro. Having Kevin available for pick ups and drop offs to the airport/train station was incredible as were his recommendations of things to do and places to eat; like having a concierge. Loved our stay there. Would stay there again.

We cannot say enough good things about this apartment. It truly felt like home. Our kids loved it. All amenities were there and worked perfectly. Neighbourhood is spot on. We will be back!

We received a warm and personal welcome from May, who was very accommodating with the check-in time. The apartment was clean and had a lovely, fresh fragrance. It was generously supplied with extra towels and other amenities. The heating in the apartment was very effective even on colder winter days. Inside the fridge were two bottles of water and other chilled beverages as a welcome, along with some muffins and coffee pods on the countertop. We particularly loved that the small fridge had a built-in freezer compartment to keep ice, something we have often found unavailable in other Airbnbs, with fridges of similar size. May has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay, taking care of even the smallest details. The area is beautiful and walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops around, as well as Retiro Park only a short walk away. A number of grocery stores nearby meant we had no trouble finding whatever we needed. We can confidently recommend a stay here!

Miguel’s place was the best place we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in Spain. Stunning spacious home with high ceilings, great decor, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities you need! Walking distance to restaurants and tons of vintage shopping. María (co-host) was super responsive the entire time and we were able to do a slightly earlier check-in as well. We loved this home so much and would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Tastefully renovated apartment. Very clean. No lack of detail, well-equipped kitchen. He left us a few bottles of water as a detail that is appreciated. There was also coffee, teas, vinegar,etc. We were very comfortable, we would repeat. Thanks

Ideally located for discovering the historic city center of Madrid on foot only. Plus next to two very convenient metro stations for the airport or tours in Madrid further afield. Patricio was very accommodating.

Mariano’s place was perfect for me, just as described. It was well equipped for an extended stay. And so perfectly located in the beautiful Malasaña neighborhood. Mariano was such a great host, he gave me so many great recommendations and the instructions for check-in were so very clear. I would recommend

We can't offer much to say, because we only stayed one night (only about 18 hours). We didn't use the apartment amenities (i.e. kitchen, shower, washer). The bed was comfortable!! We had dinner at a place that Jesus recommended, and it was great! We give TEN stars to our host. Flexibility, communication, and help was perfect!! Please note, the apartment is three floors up, and there is no elevator (not an issue for some guest, but hard on others - like us).

Walking distance to the theatre’s, shopping, restaurants and monuments. The apartment has some tired parts but is very cozy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lila’s flat. The apartment is exactly as the photos. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very easy to get to by Metro from the airport and a short walk from Principe Pio station. Check in was seamless with a digital lock system accessed by an app. the apartment is situated on the main road with a bus stop outside the front door, however we walked in and out of the city centre each time. Lila’s apartment is a great base to explore Madrid. Communication with Lila was excellent 5/5.

We had a great stay in the apartment which was so centrally located that we couldn´t believe our luck. Further, its size was perfect for a tall teenager and his parents. Martin gave us a thorough introduction to Madrid and shared local "gems" with us which made our visit to the city even better.

My family of 6 stayed for a nite prior to catching our flight back home the next day. What stood out at Carlos’s apartment is the location is very near to the Barajas Metro station that one could take direct to the Madrid airport or into the city, which one of the main reasons I opted for his place. Also, the apartment has enough beds for 6 adults and with 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfy and the rooms warm for a good nite rest. Carlos left very clear checking in instructions which was a breeze finding the place and getting in. All amenities were as listed and described. A short walk takes you to some eateries and supermarkets. And getting a Bolt ride was so easy there if you want to get to the airport fast. Also we had substantial luggage so we found a bag storage space nearby at a bar, which we used and freed us our bags as we went to the city for some food and last minute shopping before our flight back later that nite. All in all, we fully recommend Carlos’s place!

Lovely apartment, great location. Very clean, comfortable and warm at all times 😊 The only minor downside has nothing to do with the apartment or the host: unfortunately you can hear everything the neighbours are doing, quite late into the night too, which we are not used to, but I guess that's just big city life in a very old building. Otherwise, no complaints at all! We really enjoyed our stay and we were very happy with our host who gave us a lot of useful information and clear instructions, so it made our stay stress-free.

Great apartment - very modern and very clean. Location is unbeatable. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
