Manuela was available when we arrived very good location possibility to go to the train station on foot to get to Madrid about 30 minutes the apartment is impeccable and as advertised it is in a basement of his house there is not too much light( presence of a small opening that gives natural light ) we had a pleasant stay and we will repeat the experience at Manuela's as soon as possible we stayed for about ten days and we didn't lack anything.

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the listing, it has a modern look with an industrial touch and an eye to design, furniture, and finishes. Although the square below was very lively for the events of the Holy Week we slept well because the fixtures are well soundproofed. The square is well-lit with clubs of various kinds, tapas bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops. The location was perfect, we reached on foot many of the places we wanted to see, in few cases we used the Subway (for the rain), however, is a short walk from the apartment. The Arrival and check-in instructions were very clear and arrived a few days before our arrival so I knew how to organize myself . Communication with Fernando was quick and responsive. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time!

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

We were well received. They responded quickly and thought along with us. We felt welcome and enjoyed the beautiful clean modern apartment! The neighborhood we were in was particularly nice, with also in the private street places to have breakfast or a bite to eat. You can easily stick around the neighborhood. We'd love to come back for Madrid and also for this apartment!

The space is really perfect for two. The cleanliness and quality is amazing, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The host is very considerate with clear directions, very responsive to requests and very warm. I highly recommend for a stay in Madrid, the accommodation is close to lots of visits, restaurants, bars, easily accessible on foot. It's a great discovery!

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

The place is in a lovely location, few steps away from Plaza Mayor. In the apartment you don't hear from the hustle and bustle, but when you get out the door you are right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point to explore the city on foot. Apartment was spacious and clean. Nice shower. One bedroom is missing another hanging lamp. There were lovely towels ready and beds done We missed a coffee maker. In addition, the range for your phone was poor and also the wifi was not working well. As a result, you can not access the internet in the apartment. We can definitely recommend this apartment for a city trip to Madrid.
