Amazing short stay away, accommodation was lovely and secluded, loved meeting Stanley, had a quaint walk around the wooded area and attached field and just enjoyed the peacefulness of it all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle.

A repeat stay for us. Always a pleasure! The freshly baked bread was one of many lovely touches. Very cosy. Always perfectly clean!

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We stayed over Christmas and loved the barn. It is spacious, well appointed and has a very comfortable bed. There was a lovely and plentiful selection of breakfast items. Jamie and Chrissie were both welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend it unreservedly.

Lovely quaint barn! Great location for walks, two local pubs and the HomeBarn is just at the end of the road which is a bonus! A few mins drive to Marlow… perfect location!

A really fantastic location, Amanda was incredibly helpful if we needed anything. The location was amazing, pool table was well kept, the kitchen was perfect and we are able make sausage and bacon sandwiches and salmon and pasta. Small freezer space at the top of the fridge. Oh and the fireplace was amazing! plenty of wood was available, firelighters were present so no problem with that.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this beautiful barn. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and we will definitely be back for future get aways.

Such a wonderful tranquil place, Brian and Georgie were accommodating with my check in. Came to say hello in person on our arrival with was lovely. Really recommend staying here and I hope to stay again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

I can’t speak highly enough about this property and also Ashling, the Host. I arrived with my five-year-old daughter and we both loved the property. Ashling was an amazing host, not only personally checking us in, but also checking during our two day stay that everything was okay. Little touches like having a pint of milk in the fridge were just so incredibly thoughtful and also helpful. I will definitely be going back!

Had a lovely weekend stay with my wife, daughters and grandchildren you celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday. was greeted by a member of staff and shown around the lovely warm converted barn and, after clear instructions, we were left in peace to enjoy the amenities - table football, large and small pool table, air hockey table and table tennis, hot tub, large TV, large oven, large Samsung fridge freezer (with ice and water maker) and coffee machine with supplied pods. Beds were fine and, although there was an all-ladies 40th party weekend happening in the mansion next door, it didn't cause us any issues. We had a small problem with the hot tub, but Sam was promptly responsive and had a member of staff there within 2 hrs. There were several nice pub restaurants within a 10 minute drive and, at the end of our stay, check-out was simple. recommended.

Beautifully decorated and appointed place, our host was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. We stayed before our visit to Hertfordshire Zoo and the location was ideal for a short drive onwards. Thank you Konny!

We had a wonderful stay at No.2 Dutch Barn yet again. It’s our third time and it never disappoints. Beautiful open plan 1st floor with the kitchen and living area with fantastic views. Three good size bedrooms downstairs. It was clean, tidy, with a well thought out layout and had everything we needed. We didn’t venture out so can’t comment much about the area but the apartment itself is amazing and a great size for the five of us. Also had a very tasty Indian takeaway just down the road. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

Loved Fred’s place. Right smack dab in the middle of town. Nice layout. Really private. Amazing wood burning stove…. My dog was happy and relaxed and a nice kitty would come to visit. And the hosts were amazing. Thanks so much, we loved staying!

Lovely stay away for work. Very comfortable space, the bed was super comfy! Kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Sally was an incredible host and the barn is absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing stay. It is so peaceful, beautifully designed and the small details like the robes and the toiletries provided that extra special touch. We all agreed it was 5 star through and through! Beautiful property and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you get the chance to book, do it! You’ll have the best time.

A lovely quiet spot. The Barn was a cosy, comfortable place and just as described online. We had everything we required for our few days away. A great area for walking and birdwatching and plenty of nice places to eat within a short drive from the Barn. We would go again.

Fantastic stay for a weekend retreat! We had great communication with the host, Susan from booking until check-out. There were very clear instructions for the check-in and the entire stay. It is a professional Airbnb accommodation/ business set-up. Susan even arranged for an at-home massage for us during the stay. I plan to visit again!

We had a lovely stay for New Years. Sally’s place looked amazing from the photos, but was even better in real life! She was helpful and friendly and the place was just perfect for our get away with 4 adults, 2 children and a baby. We used the little lounge as a play room which worked brilliantly. So many lovely little touches. Would definitely recommend.
