I would have preferred the sea view, but I should have asked at the time of booking ,for everything else I have to say positive experience, comfortable and well organized accommodation, very large shower, very helpful and caring host

Beautiful location with views and by the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped.

Very nice house with magnificent garden in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the sea, Stromboli, the Aeolian Islands and Sicily (with Etna) and spectacular sunsets. Although the house is a true haven of peace due to its location, you can reach all the highlights of the area the places, coves and beaches of Capo Vaticano, the Costa degli Dei with Tropea in a short time. I particularly liked the really very good amenities, which also makes longer stays (5 weeks) very pleasant and Eleonora is a very nice and helpful host who responds very quickly if you need additional support. Another note for drivers of electric cars: the AC shop in the immediate area (San Domenica, Tropea) and the coast up to Pizzo is very easy and for longer excursions in all directions such as Catanzaro, Crotone, Badolato, Gerace, Scilla, Pentedattilo you will always find some fast chargers along the way.

The place is nice and comfy. The little house lies in the green. Ideal for dog owners! The private beach is something special and really very quiet. Only the stairs or the way is somewhat strenuous (especially back). But the stay at the beach is worth it! Antonia is a very likeable and gracious host and we felt very much at home. Massimo’s place is beach front and a great place for families. The supermarket is walkable and there are lots of restaurants around the area and surrounding suburbs. The house was clean and has all amenities listed. Thank you Max.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Maria Teresa welcomed us very warmly. She was always available for anything. The listing was as described. Even the pool view of the Stromboli was accurate. We saw great sunsets. There is a very good atmosphere very close to the large pool (bar, restaurant with pizza and other Italian specialties, ice cream...). The only downside is the access to nearby beaches. There is plenty of walking to get there or very steep paths. On the other hand, it's really worth it to suffer a little to get there because the beaches are beautiful with crystal clear water and very clear. There's a lot of fish close to the edge. The car is essential to discover the surrounding area. In summary, we had a wonderful stay in large part thanks to Maria Teresa and all the people who help her to make her hosts' vacation go smoothly. A big thank you to Maria Teresa and Nicolas.

Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

We had a great girls weekend and were able to enjoy the time to the fullest. We were picked up from the airport and also had a small rental car to do smaller errands on site. The view and the pool with pool house is just perfect. If you want a lot of shade, however, you should equip yourself well, as you will not find shade directly by the pool.

fantastic accommodation to say the least,it was perfect for a week of complete relaxation. we stayed with our dog who had all the space she needed and her beautiful dogs already in the house to play with. the hosts were super helpful and kind for the entire stay,giving us tips about the area and meeting us where possible. special mention for the view of the sea from the house that made us dream.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We had a great time in this residence, absolute tranquility. Pool and garden always clean and tidy. Staff and maintenance staff are always available for any unforeseen events. Value added private beach reachable with 400 steps. Also workable by my 3-year-old daughter. We'll definitely see you again!

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Comfortable house for the location next to the sea and very clean. Mrs. Giovanna was very helpful and nice.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

The stay at Vincenzo's apartment was great. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for two or three people. The kitchen is also well equipped and the cleanliness is top notch. But the best part is the view of the old town and the sea from the huge roof terrace. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the city and restaurants, 10 minutes to the sea. Vincenzo is very kind and polite, ready to help with any question, he was always in touch. He picked us up from the train station, told us everything about the apartment and recommended several excursions, especially to the Stromboli volcano. Thank you Vincenzo for a wonderful vacation, I hope we will come back again.

This house is a marvel! So much room! The architecture is amazing, but it has been modernized for things like the windows and the electrical. The kitchen was very functional with a full-sized fridge and all the tools you would ever need in a rental. But the real star is the garden…a dozen fruit trees! A tiny oasis behind the house. There is an outdoor dinner space complete with a wood grill and room to eat outside if you decide not to go out. Giuseppe’s mom met us when we arrived and walked us through everything and could not have been nicer. Parking is on the street, but other than when we first checked in, we never had trouble finding a spot right next to the house. Whether you intend to spend time in the water as we did or use it as a base to explore Calabria, this is an great place.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Pizzo was the most southern point of our Italian vacations. After visiting historical Ponpei and Piza, this place was exactly the pount we needed to recharge our battaries. The beach which you can reach in a minute, anazing views of the sun going right intonthe sea and the sea itself, all these gives you a fewling of being in heaven. Comfortable house, wonderful people, who are always ready to support and amazing equipment of the house make this feeling complete.

Recently renovated house, well equipped. Lots of attention, from finding various groceries in the house, products for the care of the person and for the use of the kitchen, to the daily availability of the owner Federica in satisfying every need. The house is in front of a transparent sea, on the beach you can have good spaces even in August, parking on the street is easy to find.
