Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

The apartment was super clean, even cleaner than the most 5 star hotels. We were with a baby so this was very important to us. The place is great, the location is quiet and safe. Highly recommend!!!

Giovanny was very helpful. He made arrangements for us to store our luggage and was always responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described and was very clean, peaceful, comfortable and spacious.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for the weekend and we can say that the apartment was cozy and allowed us to be completely comfortable. It's absolutely worth it. The host was immediately responsive, friendly, and clear in the directions. We are fully satisfied and recommend this apartment.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the very heart of Bologna. The apartment itself is lovely, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has a fab terrace space out the back with seating. I’m learning Italian and I find watching the tv really helpful, this one had lots of channels so bonus points from me! Alvise and Maria Giovanna were kind and helpful and responded really quickly to any queries I had. Thanks again for a great stay!

Giulia and her parents have been very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is as described and in perfect conditions, clean and with everything needed. It's super well connected and from the train station you can walk to the city center or jump on a train or bus to reach all corners of the Bologna surrouding areas. Finally it feels refreshing to stay in a place that is managed by a family, has a personal touch and you feel taken care of ...much better than all the other anonymous real estate agencies of Bologna.

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We were guests in this apartment, clean well, with comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms with large shower, living room and kitchen, also spacious, in the apartment there is everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The bus stop that leads to the center is very close. The host was friendly and gave us a lot of information, he was always very helpful.

Super host, only bathroom is a bit small but ok :)

Check-in is located next door to the house and offers the possibility of free luggage storage before and after taking advantage of the apartment. Thelatter decidedly large and comfortable equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in the heart of Bologna.

Elena was wonderful! She met us at midnight for our checkin, and made us feel right at home. Her apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, balconies, and a great kitchen. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and a short walking distance from Via Saragozza, with its beautiful porticos. Elena was immediately responsive when we had questions. She arranged for taxis when we needed, and we had an amazing dinner at a local trattoria, thanks to her recommendation and reservation on our behalf. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place, Dario is really a superhost! The place has a good location and neighborhood, very clean and has absolutely everything. The only thing I did not like is that we’ve stayed for one day, I would stay longer for sure! Strongly recommend

Beautiful home and a perfect stay

This apartment was so much better than we expected. The host went above and beyond doing some research into a venue for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is very large and easily fit the 3 couples we were travelling with. Without a doubt would stay here again

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Nicola and Francesa were great hosts! Always available and ready to help! We loved the apartment and Modena. We stayed for 5 nights, using a base to visit Emilia-Romagna, and I must say we were very sad to leave, as we got to feel at home. Fiver stars, thumbs up! I definitely recommend it, and would come back anytime without a doubt.

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.
