Great place perfect location near the ocean and less than 50 feet from the resort pool. Well appointed even with a bit smaller space my family of 6 found space to crash at the end of adventures as well as play games and enjoy food brought home from the great restaurants at the main road entrance. I would gladly stay there again close to rain forest the beaches San Juan and a joyride away from many things PR has to offer. Hosts were great and super responsive. Overall great stay!!

The place is beautiful and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can see the ocean and the mountains and the airport. 15th floor. The unit is spotless and spacious. The bed is very comfy and the pull out bed is great for a teenager. The pool has been closed for two years but the ocean is always open! Beautiful isla verde never disappoints. Access to the beach is right out the back. We had trouble with the electric lock when we got there, but Uben was on site and he helped us out and eventually after trying multiple times we had to get the override lock key for the evening. Unfortunately, we had a very early flight so we had to depart the property at 4 AM for the airport. We would have loved to stayed longer and we also would stay here again. Thanks !

Angel is a wonderful host and a very interesting person. Very very easy to feel comfortable in his home and his dog is the sweetest! I will go back!

If you are looking for a place alongside the uncrowded beach of Isla Verde, you have found it right here. The beach access is steps from your front door. All the accouterments of enjoying the beach are supplied within the unit. Safety is no concern as this is a gated community. Even the swimming pool was highly enjoyable. You can't go wrong! The condo has ample room for a family of four. The kitchen was well stocked. The wi-fi worked perfectly. The A/C did its job. The living room TV has all the streaming apps needed. I used the washer and dryer often. I learned how to walk the beach and make just the right turn to find great restaurants, CVS, a local grocery store, and fast food joints. An assigned parking spot is available if you have a car. Raf was easily available, and even volunteered advice on local activities during my stay. I plan to return here again.

This has been an amazing experience!! the place is very comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect, the beach is downstairs, grocery walking distance, bars and restaurants walking distance and everyone is super friendly. The host, Laura and her son Luis are unbelievably kind and welcoming. They get way out of their way to help with anything you need. Communication is first class. I will be back to this place FOR SURE!!

The place had great views from balcony, provided 24/7 security at main gate and lobby of condo. The elevator and some portions of building were under renovation but it did not have an effect on our stay. Will recommend to friends, family and will reserve again for future visits.
