Monthly Rentals in Carmel-by-the-Sea

I stayed at Mel's place for about a month, it has everything I needed and in a convenient and private location. The place is cute, but feels a little cluttered to me. The bedroom curtain is pretty thin which makes me a little uncomfortable, but thankfully the house appears to be in a pretty safe neighborhood and the backyard is private except for the carriage house across. I liked the place for allowing dogs, though I didn't end up bringing one, it was nice to have the option, however, the because of that, the house and the linen also smells like dog, so that's something to be aware of. Overall, I think it's a decent airbnb for the price for the monterey peninsula.

Great place for an extended stay! I rented the cottage for about 2.5 months and felt very at home during my stay. Colder months in Monterey mean dressing warm, but the provided space heater kept the cottage comfortable. A small kitchenette was limited, but a provided air fryer and microwave made things more manageable. An overall peaceful, clean and great stay!

This was a great airbnb. Walkable to downtown Carmel with a trail by the house that you can walk. Very clean Airbnb. Most airbnb's have crap beds. I actually found the bed at this airbnb to be one of the more comfortable that I've ever slept on. Communication with the host was easy. Would 100% stay here again and saved this airbnb to take a trip back carmel.

The coziest Airbnb within walking distance to downtown Carmel. The place was well acquainted with everything you’d need for a great stay. Austen was very communicative and gave great recommendations for things to do around Carmel. Would 100% stay here again!
