Monthly Rentals in Caresi

We stayed at Paolo‘s wonderful flat for a couple of days to explore the area. It is carefully decorated and the terrace is simply amazing. It‘s only a short drive to both Santa Theresa and Palau, accordingly very well situated. Paolo was very helpful, friendly and answered quickly to any questions we had. I would absolutely book his flat again.

A pretty apartment in a quiet area. Upstairs is a bedroom with balcony and a bathroom. Downstairs is a living and cooking area with a pull-out sofa. No wonder if the sofa is pulled out, you can't open the front door anymore. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had some trouble with the induction stove at the beginning, but Ludovica was very supportive. There is an outdoor area with sitting lounge and a barbecue. We didn't use that In the village there are two small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a few restaurants and cafes. It is about a 7-minute walk to the beach/harbor. The beach is ok. The bus stop can be reached in 1-2 minutes. By bus you can reach Santa Teresa Gallura in 15 minutes. There is a pool in the holiday complex, but it is no longer serviced/maintained after September 15. We were therefore unable to use the pool, but that was not important to us. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

very nice and bright accommodation. Wonderful context. Located near the main services (pharmacy, bakery , fishmonger, grocery store +various bars and restaurants). Located on a main street but the apartment overlooks the interior with beautiful views and absolute tranquility. It's a place I would definitely go back to.

Charming restaurated house in beautiful landscape surroundings. House is clean and the host was super friendly and helpful with questions and recommendations for the area. Great location for exploring sights, beaches and nature in northern Sardinia conveniently by car. Highly recommend for a stay in Sardinia, we had a great time!
