The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, spacious, with a super equipped kitchen, located in a quiet area, with a beautiful view of Procchio Bay. Both indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for a family with small children like ours. Located in a strategic point and great starting point to reach all the most beautiful beaches of the Island of Elba. Elisa, the host, kind and helpful!

Edoardo and his family were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful hosts. The location of the apartment is just fantastic! You can reach a beautiful beach in three minutes (by walk!). You could ask Edoardo anything and he was always very polite and helpful. We were certainly not the last time there!

We had very nice summer days in the charming house. We particularly liked the retro charm of the decor as well as the walking distance to three beaches. Antonia took care of our concerns immediately. We will be happy to come back.

Elba is a lovely place and staying here was wonderful. We were two families of a total of 10 people so it was a bit strange to have the house split into two apartments that don't connect. Plus, the house is a bit removed up in the heights and down some muddy roads. However the views are great, the kitchen well stocked for cooking and the beds comfortable. The water was warm but never really got hot. We did have a problem with a shower flooding with water running back into the house but when I texted Goelba they sent someone that same day and fixed it. Super peaceful, great outdoor sitting and eating area. Would stay here again.

Carlotta was an extremely professional guest, always available and ready to respond quickly to all our needs. The house is simply fantastic – well furnished, excellently equipped, and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Villa Bacci is beautifully located! The house is large and well stocked/divided (several bathrooms, living rooms & upstairs a small lounge, kitchen appliances, high-quality tables & chairs for indoor/outdoor etc.) It is lovingly and stylishly restored and decorated with antique finds from family ownership. The pool especially delighted the kids. This is exemplary secured with a child-proof locking mechanism. We spent great evenings outside at the long wooden table (with lighting!) in the gravel square, enjoyed the mood, grilled and ate and the kids played. The place is incredibly quiet and you can hear and see many animals such as pheasants, bats, etc. Alfredo was always friendly, understanding and super accessible, gave us tips for the rainy days and also Giovanni (check in/out) is a very fine person! We stayed with an extended family (grandparents, children & grandchildren) on the property for a week. We will be back!

This spacious and stylish house has an unimaginably beautiful location. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with private and two with shared toilet/bathroom, partly with balcony. 1 room downstairs with private toilet/bathroom and another room with 2 beds with access from the kitchen. We only used this room as a pantry - the kitchen is not particularly large, especially the work surfaces are very small. But it has everything you'll need. Large common rooms, with possibility to fire up the fireplace. Well-functioning gas grill with iron plate outside, two covered seats, two sun decks, rather small pool with great views, laundry room and large forecourt. The driveway is a bit adventurous - I don't know if our sprinter would have mastered the steep dirt road without 4x4. In Magazzini there is an extremely good diving school (Unica Diving) and a good restaurant. Shopping 5 min by car, 15 min to Portoferraio. Very good communication with landlord and Sergio comes immediately!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

The property exactly matches the description and photos. The host has always been responsive and prompt, as well as accurate and helpful. The house is very nice and cozy.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Veronica's place. The location is exceptional for us: Porto Azzurro is within walking distance and the house is an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding mountains. The property itself is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful and spacious terrace with a grill area. Kitchen is well equipped. Veronica was very nice and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can highly recommend this place, and were happy to come back.

The jewel - even more beautiful in real real than in the photos - is an oasis of well-being, which Chris is decorated with a lot of love and is very carefully entertained by the good soul. Communication and guest support was perfect.

Margharita is a very friendly and very responsive host. Thanks to her we were able to spend a very pleasant stay on the island of Elba in a beautiful house that was very clean and very well arranged with a very nice swimming pool. It was perfect, thank you so much Margharita
