Warm and quiet setting, everything we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this place, ideally located in Cape Town.

Our stay was perfect, the villa is beautiful and well laid out. The welcome was very professional and warm. I would highly recommend it.

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! Not only is it pristine, bright, spacious and super-well equipped, there’s a beautiful sun terrace, secure parking and a private enclosed garden (we had our little dogs with us so this was a huge bonus!) After a hectic visit to Bordeaux, we couldn’t have wished for this property to suit us better! In a peaceful location but only a 3 or 4 minute walk from the pier, cycle rental and lovely bars/restaurants. Equally a few minutes from the stunning sand dunes - perfect! Sandrine and Christian were perfect hosts with frequent communication and helpful tips. Whilst they occupy the ground floor of the villa, they are completely unobtrusive and your privacy is not compromised one bit! I accidentally left some personal belongings in a drawer upon leaving and Sandrine called me straight away to organise getting them back to me to minimise stress! Thanks Sandrine! We will definitely visit you again as soon as possible!

I recommend La Petite Villa peaceful and well located. The decoration is perfect, the cocooning seating area with the super well-equipped open kitchen, the pleasant bathroom, the very comfortable bedding to finish a sunny and functional terrace. Aurélie is very responsive, available and very kind. As soon as we arrive, she communicates the places and restaurants to do during the stay on CAPE TOWN or ARCACHON. The bike rental and the possibility of crossing by boat is very pleasant not to mention the tasting of oysters a delight. The end of Cape Town lacks food shops, remember to stop on ARES before starting the only road to CAPE TOWN. We will come back to one of the Evasion Bassin rentals.
