Thanks to David and Virginia, their apartment is impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable. a nice bathroom and separate toilet, a plus in a studio!! David and Virginia's small touches like the coffee doses available for the morning and a box of information on discoveries in the area are very friendly. Amazing stay at this cozy studio in Canet-en-Roussillon! Perfectly located by the ocean with a lovely walk nearby. Felt like home, super clean, and I got lots of writing done. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed a very pleasant two-night stay at Mercédès’s villa. She was a very welcoming host, and her home is furnished to a good standard. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the garden was beautiful with barbecue facilities. Although the pool was covered during our stay, as the weather wasn't suitable for swimming at the time, it didn't impact our experience. The comfy beds were a little small (except the master), though. The location proved convenient for exploring the region. We appreciated the easy access to the nearby coast and mountains, and the Réserve Africaine de Sigean was a straightforward 50-minute drive. Overall, Mercédès was a friendly and responsive host who also kindly provided a late check-out, which was a great bonus. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay here and are already looking forward to returning to her villa in the future. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality, Mercédès!

We had a wonderful stay in Linda's apartment.The apartment is modern, very clean, and well-equipped. It exudes a very positive energy thanks to the owner's attention to detail. We appreciated that Linda thought of everything and that we found everything we needed during our extended stay. It is located on a very quiet street, yet a short walk to all of downtown Perpignan, 15 min walk from the train station, and a short drive from the beaches. The balcony with a picturesque view of the cathedral garden was a plus that was also enjoyed by our kitty. Linda was a wonderful host; she always responded very quickly to our questions and requests. We highly recommend this place!
