A fantastic apartment in the most beautiful location. Enrichetta was always very quick to respond, flexible and very attentive. We were personally greeted at check-in by Ian who always ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The view from the apartment and the pool is truly breathtaking. I definitely recommend staying here! We hope to return again in the future.

The apartment was as described, there was even free milk, juice, water and yogurt in the fridge as well as little things for breakfast. It was super clean and the view from the balcony to the small town really very nice. Only the mosquitoes were a real challenge.. But the place can't help it:) Thank you for the lovely stay! Very beautiful apartment ! Spacious for 7 adults

I've never found an apartment so equipped with every comfort and every accessory. It was like being at home. It's not obvious to get so much attention! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and really has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings are fairytale, and it is located in a well-connected but still quiet and relaxing area. Highly recommended! Too bad we only stayed for a few days, but I hope to be back soon! 😄 In addition, the hosts are super responsive and available for any need/request. Thanks Sara & Sere!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

We loved our stay at Enrico’s place - a superb host in every way. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and in a quiet location with independent access. Indoor and outdoor furniture were perfectly comfortable. This is an excellent place to experience life in Tuscany and an ideal base from where to visit local towns, including Sienna, and see the counties. We would love to return.

Everything is really perfect. Both the apartment and the host above average. Considering that we stayed in 2 adults, 2 girls and a child of two years old, we had a really good time! The space was spacious, well-structured, with all the comforts. Elias was really kind, and all of his advice turned out to be great! If we were to return to Montepulciano, we would not hesitate to go back to him!

Accommodation matches the photos and in a great location! Nothing was missing and the bedding was great. We would definitely recommend this listing

We stayed at the house one night to go the next day from albus alpaca, the location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the farm, and about thirty minutes from Montalcino. Upon our arrival we found the heaters on and we had a great time despite the cold outside, the house was clean and kept in perfect condition. Simonetta was kind and helpful, I would go back

We decided to look for a room in the middle of a Saturday night so as not to have to take the car and you were so available to prepare it and have me check in in less than halfanhour. The apartment is spacious , clean, and very nice, and the price is simply great. Thank you for everything 😊

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights in Stefano's house and had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well organized, nothing is missing, there is everything you need to make the most of your stay, including a small well-equipped garden and the bikes to get around. Stefano was very present and his mother was very kind and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Red rose was a beautiful place to stay. We found the place comfortable, charming and homey. The views around the property were breathtaking. Marta was a great communicator, great English and helped guide us with things to do in the area.

Beautiful and comfortable guesthouse with gorgeous surroundings and responsive and accommodating hosts. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are beautiful views from the bedroom window. Fernanda was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of local wine. We had an issue with batteries in the remote and she had new batteries sent right over, went above our expectations. The shower was wonderful.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
