Vacation rentals in Cambalache State Forest

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

This home was wonderful very clean and specious. The home was equipped with food items that made our stay a lot more comfortable ex coffee, spices and cooking items very thoughtful.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had more than enough towels and toilet paper as well as trash bags for our week stay. The home is conveniently a 5min drive to Plaza Isabela shopping center and close to some beautiful pocitas that our 4yr old loved. Would definitely book this house again.

My friend and I were meeting for a self-care, girls weekend -- this stay was perfect. First, the hosts were so nice and helpful, from a tiny bit of gate trouble (taken care of quickly), to a dinner rec and responsiveness during checkout -- overall great experience. Second, The house sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean, and the wrap around porch (and ocean breeze) is the star. I had my coffee and breakfast, and read out there every day. You can hear the ocean waves all day and the coquis at night... AND the stars! If you live in a city, you'll enjoy that too. We ate out and cooked equally, and the kitchen is equipped with all the pans and utensils you could need. Third, the location is less touristy but you can still get out to the surrounding towns easily. It's also along 681 with bars, a couple good beaches, and natural sights close by -- plenty to do. If I could have stayed longer, I would have. this was heaven for me. I would stay here again and again.

Venvenidos was a great host, very accommodating and responsive to any needs or question. And the unit was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the balcony was a big plus. The location is phenomenal. My wife and I grew up here in Manatí and Vega Baja, specifically, at the beach. We really had a great stay and we were able to have some peace and quiet, which used to not be an easy thing when we lived in the area. The community is safe, peaceful, and with amenities (pool, basketball, volleyball courts and a kiddy park for toddlers. Gas station and convenience store, local restaurants very close. Our favorite local beaches are just a short straight drive to Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos, and Playa Mar Bella. We will be coming back in the near future but with our grandkids for a longer stay. We highly recommend this location. Thank you Venvenidos

Daisy was very responsive and attentive. The house was clean , organized and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the linen spotless. Love the calm and peaceful surroundings. The beaches are about 10 minute drive from the house, which is convenient. Overall it was a great stay, I highly recommend it and would definitely book again. Thanks Daisy!

Fernando was a very friendly and responsive host! We enjoyed our weeklong stay in Manati with our family friends on Spring Break. We loved sitting on the porch while our children played in the pool. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were a huge plus too. We all had fun using the hammocks, games, and beach/pool toys as well. Lastly, he also recommended local restaurants, bakery, and grocery store which were all great! Thanks for making our trip to Puerto Rico a memorable one.

Rafi is a fantastic host and incredibly responsive and helpful. He was able to provide recommendations for things to do and, when the garage door opener stopped working, he had a handyman over installing a new one the very next day. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the backyard and pool make it easy to send lots of time at the house. I think the one downside is the location. There is a beach fairly close but it isn't very nice and while there are some restaurants within a 15 minute walk, walking around isn't the easiest because everyone parks on the sidewalks. But if you have a car it's perfect.
