The experience was wonderful! The host Rafael was super welcoming from the moment of the reservation, responding quickly to all my questions, the communication was excellent. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. The cleaning was impeccable, everything was in order and smelling. The location is great is right next to the beach, easy access to the center, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I recommend hosting with your eyes closed!

Fernando was very quick to respond to the messages. It allowed us to get in well before the schedule. (That adds up a lot). The large parking lot with a trunk. It is a comfortable dpt for 1 couple. The comfortable bathroom, spacious to be apartment. The kitchen is very comfortable. (Gas oven would be missing). Very good view outside and the sea can be seen. 2 Air conditioning, with one reached. The comfortable room, spacious, the mattress is a 10!!!!, excellent. Perfect internet. *(Something I would change would be everything unlocked, with key) nothing serious. *)

Both Carlos and his wife, were available from before our arrival, and with high availability, even waited for us with cold beer in the fridge !!! The apartment: Excellent condition, it has everything it promises and more, comfortable beds, quality towels and linens, a dry laundry, all impeccable. The neighborhood is quiet, with autimatic entrance, by facial identification, and electronic locks. The kitchen has a special tap, with purified water, suitable for consumption. It offers beach umbrellas and chairs, with a trolley, and even a heladerite that saves a lot on daily expenses. The complex is really beautiful and quiet, with a heated pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas, special for when it turns from the beach. 1000% recommended. Feel free to book this place!

Jeam was an excellent host, always attentive to our requirements. We were a small inconvenience with our vehicle and we were recommended by a mechanic, who attended us very well. The apartment meets all the expectations that you can have. Everything is set with an exquisite taste, it is very comfortable, safe , the artifacts are of top quality as well as towels and bedding. In short, we had a wonderful few days!!. Thank you Jeam. We can repeat the experience.

The accommodation is sensational. Starting with the view that is priceless to pay. Gardens of the impeccable common area. Perfect outdoor space, gazebo with excellent chairs for breakfast or for a glass of wine. It is right at the beginning of the hill. In less than 1 minute you are on Jurere beach on foot. 5 minutes away from the fort beach and very close to Daniela. The chalet has everything you need, washer/dryer, dryer, iron, oven, coffee maker, air fryer, beach utensils... Great for triatlon trials, pq is on the transition side.

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

The house is great, well equipped and like in the photos. We had a good stay. I took my puppies and as it was more than one I had to pay an extra fee, but the host was flexible and everything went well 🤗

Beautiful and complete apartment there is nothing missing, the balcony type terrace with grill , sea views and the pool is the maximum , very quiet area the direct access to the beach is a luxury The heated pool for ugly days is going very well, a negative point the water is very hot and too chlorine. In the area there are small supermarkets and the restaurant on the corner is very good.

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

You can go without fear, Michelle your cozy and the apartment is simply perfect everything works in perfect condition.
