Beautiful house for rest. Very quiet area with a large supermarket just meters away. The whole house was sparkling with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Communication with Luciana was very fluid at all times and was very friendly. We would definitely come back and recommend it. 5/5⭐️

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

Home is fantastic, exactly what we expected, a paradise. Seu Hedio received us personally and was very helpful. We had a little problem with the water of the house and His Hedium was very helpful to solve the problem and tb came to us to check if everything was in our compliance. 10/10 I will return with the family for sure

The place is perfect for a couple: it has a private pool and quincho, all spotless, modern and fully equipped. It even has practical details like towels, a cart with beach chairs and much more. The hosts are very friendly and always attentive to what you may need. The location is quiet, ideal for resting away from noise, but at the same time it is very close to the best beaches in Florianópolis. Supermarket two blocks away. We totally recommend it. If they plan to visit Canasvieiras or Jureré, it is a good idea to leave in advance to avoid tacos at peak times.

My family and I really liked the apartment, practically new, with furniture and appliances in excellent condition and well maintained. We found the property extremely clean and organized, with beautiful decoration. The location is also very good, close to the Palmas club, where we had lunch and also close to several shops. It was also possible to walk to the beach. As for Mr. Domingos, he was always very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Really great place to stay - only difficulties was not having data and communicating through w h a t s a p p and the air bnb platform made it slightly difficult. Otherwise everything was great!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

The experience was spotless. Excellent infrastructure of both the condominium and the Philippe space. The listing's photos are exactly what we saw on arrival. Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

The place is as nice as you see in the photos, very quiet and with everything you need, both in the apartment and in the condominium. The condominium is very beautiful and the access to it is very convenient. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay, the only thing that was not clear (or at least we didn't realize) is that there is no closed room so having big children you lose privacy. For everything else and especially the patio is perfect.
