BEST VACATION!! Truly beyond our expectations! Carlos’ fast response time 👍 made us feel welcome immediately. Gorgeous, clean condo and grounds, gorgeous views, comfortable beds, enough space for everyone in our 8 person party, included all necessary amenities {in bathroom and kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, hangers for clothes, and laundry} Reliable and organized transportation, groceries, and activities. Easy to get to town for art walk and dinners. Highly recommend the in-house spa services as well! The perfect girls trip thanks to Carlos and El Encanto.

Very nice and quiet location. The place was very nice and clean. The host was very helpful and helped us make reservations for off-roading, party boat, and restaurant recommendations.

100% would stay again. Everywhere in Cabo has its pros and cons. This one is the best of all worlds. Only con is there’s no infinity pool hah. But I’d take a 2 br suite any day. If you try to get a crappy hotel room, you’d still have to sit through the timeshare bs. Was bringing a friend (her first time) so we had plenty of beach / exploration time anyways. And it’s 2 blocks away from my fav beach breakfast place at cascadas. $5 Ubers were great.

The location is absolutely amazing! The description of the unit is spot on and host is extremely responsive. Super quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was somewhat annoying is that the bars at night get a little bit loud.

Do not hesitate to book this location! It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a great stay. Steve & Carla pay attention to detail and it shows. They were also very responsive and helped arrange our transfer back to the airport. The location is great…a short walk to town or a quick uber ride. We will definitely book with them again the next time we are in Cabo.

If we can give more than 5 stars we would. We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely seaside unit. Whether it was sunrise coffee in the tropical backyard or oceanview grilling in the evenings while dipping our feet in the private pool, this oasis was the perfect getaway for us. The accommodations were accurate and comfortable and had everything we needed. Access to the other resorts was also a plus and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown made shopping, etc. quite easy. These hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. We hope this is available our next trip to Cabos and we highly recommend a stay here.

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

This location has ruined me for vacation rentals forever. It was an amazing place with finely crafted living spaces and unique, Hobbity carpentry and staircases. There was plenty of room for our party of three and amazing views of the ocean from the windows and rooftop. Great hosts and a place I much hope to visit again.

Juan was quick to respond. We were grateful they allowed an early check-in as we had to check out of our previous property by 11am and had all of our luggage with us. Super cute place with an incredible view. Close to downtown. It was like a $7 uber ride to get to all the clubs and restaurants by the marina. Love Velas.

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay at Lauren’s place ! The condo was beautiful ! Was even more impressive than the photos . It was sparkling clean and spacious . The best part of our stay was the bed ! We slept in every single day because we honestly did not want to get out . The condo is close to the downtown area , we took Uber which was about an 8 minute ride for no more than $6 each way . Lauren was a great communicator and always responsive to any questions I had . Gate security was always nice and helpful as well . Overall amazing stay . We will definitely stay here again !

Great place to escape the busy parts of Cabo. The appartement is super spacious and super comfortable. Great hub to go out and explore. Can be a bit tricky to find the first time but Gabriela is extremely helpful! Recommended.

Excellent hosts!! The place was neat, complete, functional and pretty.

Very good communication at all times with Cecilia, the very friendly guards, access to the beach 10 minutes walking, you have to cross the Hotel RIU. Cecy has chairs/bed, two umbrellas and a small ice creamer m, all very helpful to have a good time on the beach, super comfortable facilities, the kitchen with everything you need to cook (pans, pots, dishes of all kinds, oil, coffee, sugar, good news. The pool on the top floor (7th floor) has tables, shade, secure parking inside the building. OXXO at 20 meters, Jugos y licuados a 50 mts, Soriana, Costco, restaurants, warehouse model, if you take a car go to Mariscos El Toro Guero. In general, everything was excellent. Highly recommended, definitely would be back.

Hugo was a great host. Communication was easy and he was very responsive. Angie met us at the condominium to show us around and answered all questions. The people we met around the property were very friendly. The beach was beautiful, lots of whales and birds, wonderful! We will be back!

Very well located place, quiet environment, the apartment is as described and appears in the photographs, my family and I recommend it, we had a great time!!!

Alejandro 's place made for a lovely stay! We loved all the outdoor space and ability to cook our own food. The grill was super clean and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable. The views are even better than the pictures. Everything from the listing is there, albeit some amenities (esp the pool) are not in the same condition as the pictures. We would stay here again!

Barbara was a dream to work with - super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described - refreshingly light, bright, cute and comfortable. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in both bathrooms was also an unexpected but pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels and pool towels (something we’ve had issues with at other rentals). And being able to walk up one flight of stairs to the pool was super convenient. The condo was also a 10 minute walk to the quiet end of Medano beach (I timed it). We would have no issues renting again however, the neighborhood isn’t very walkable (lots of construction, dusty, not many places to eat) and the Oxxo next door is awesome but does not sell beer/liquor (you have to go up a bit further to the Mini-Super instead). This wasn’t a big deal for us, it just meant a bit more Ubering.

Excellent place to vacation with your family! Close to the marina, groceries, yet private, quiet, and secure. Excellent views and amenities! Fully stocked kitchen and conveniences. Look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose’s place. The view was amazing and the walkout balcony to the pool made it very easy to enjoy the sun with just a step outside. Jose was a great host!

A very good unit to stay. Facing east. We see the sunrise from the patio everyday. We enjoyed the time and would like to come back.

Adì’s place was exactly as described - it was the perfect spot for us as we were able to use the amenities of the Zoetry resort such as pool, tennis courts, grounds but still have a condo where we could cook and work as needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and it was easy to get to and from town for nights out. We will be back !
