The house is amazing, super equipped, super clean,beautiful, mega comfortable beds, open and airy spaces, fully functional kitchen, the cooktop in the leisure area allowed us to stay in the same environment all the time... The super clean pool every day and the water looked like it even had heater... The location is sensational close to the beach,nor do we soak the car with sand,as we went to the beach on foot...rsrsrs A Roseli simply wonderful!!!Super attentive, concerned all the time with our satisfaction... Anyway to summarize it was all just perfectoooo... All thought out in the smallest detail to be the perfect stay...

The house is really like the description, wonderful outdoor area, indoor accommodation as well. The bad news was we had to leave. Marcello very kind and caring. We adore! We are already seeing a new date to return. 🩷

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

I stayed with my family for 5 days , the house is great super complete and cozy very airy,we walked to the beach of Peró is very close, Leila is very supportive gave all the support we needed , the differential of the house is the modernity is a new construction so it offers a lot of comfort and infrastructure, the pool is very pleasant too , for sure we will come back more times ❤️

Look, when we went looking for a house for 18 people for our trip we thought we would probably find only houses inside Cabo Frio, and that they would probably be cramped. When we found this one in front of the rocket beach, for a moment we thought that it did not exist kkkkkk but it exceeded all expectations, beautiful well tidy, all as described in the photos, a very cozy house and one that promptly served all of us. The host Ivan always responded quickly and answered all our questions, Renata also who received us at the house was well requested in everything we asked for . I could spend a lot of time describing but everything that is described from the house she delivers even more I liked it and everyone who stayed with us also liked it.

Second time I stay at Geise's house, wonderful home, as soon as we arrived, the house was super mega clean and organized! Geise made us super comfortable. I will definitely return.

We went with family for a few days of rest. In addition to the excellent location, very close to the main beaches of the region, the house exceeded expectations, much better than the advertised photos. All perfect! Close to the beach, a quiet place, far from the hustle and bustle. It was one of the best places I stayed at Airbnb. Vale a lot to stay with João. He is a very calm and caring person. The house is great and has air-conditioning. All clean and has a fridge, microwave and stove. If you have a car, it's good to go to distant beaches like Ferradura or turtle. But if you don't have a car, you can take a van passing by. Or you can still stay on the beach right next door. It is well worth staying in this house. Great location, so close to the center and the best restaurants. The beach is beautiful, the condominium is very quiet, and the accommodations are super organized and clean. The whole team was caring and friendly, and we were very welcome. We'll definitely be back another time!

The house is very well located but you have to walk 20 minutes or take transport to go to the center. The nearby beach is not recommended for high season. But the house is spacious and suitable for quite a few people. The attention was very good.

Our stay was great and I mainly highlight the kindness and hospitality of our hostess. We had a problem and ended up arriving at dawn on Friday. She received us promptly in addition to leaving a souvenir referring to my fiancée's birthday. Very quiet place and ideal for couples, I recommend and will be back for sure!

Jamila's place is very nice,large, and comfortable just as seen in the photos . We really enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. The place is close to business and restaurant. Jamila was very kind to us always responding to our concerns as soon as possible. I would certainly rent her house again.

Isa and Richard's place is spectacular, super comfortable, with everything you need for a vacation stay. We have 2 little daughters who really enjoyed the swimming pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, the beach is about a block away. Isa and Richard always responded to any inquiries quickly and Jussara greeted us and made herself available for whatever might arise. We would definitely rent it again.
