They were wonderful days at the home of Leila and Álvaro. Both were very receptive since the arrival, good communication, Leila is a cute one, has always been available for anything in relation to our stay. In relation to the house, everything according to the description and the photos. The house is impeccable is a new building. A lot of clean and smells! All very tasteful and high quality. In the kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms with comfortable beds, excellent shower bathrooms (4 bathrooms), covered car space, not to mention the sensational location, average 7 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and with several shops close to the house. In short, the place is fantastic and very cozy. Sure you would return at the next opportunity.

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

Gustavo's place is very good, comfortable and clean. The nearby beaches surprised me, I didn't know it, I liked it very much! Communication with Gustavo was great. We'll be back for sure!

Maravilhosa! The house is amazing and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It has a stunning view, a space that allows you a complete integration, in addition to making all the equipment available for a great stay (pans, cutlery, linens and clean towels). Township looks like it was renovated a short time, all brand new. The host is flexible and super attentive, responds super fast. We love and we will definitely return.

The house is very well located but you have to walk 20 minutes or take transport to go to the center. The nearby beach is not recommended for high season. But the house is spacious and suitable for quite a few people. The attention was very good.

Our stay was great and I mainly highlight the kindness and hospitality of our hostess. We had a problem and ended up arriving at dawn on Friday. She received us promptly in addition to leaving a souvenir referring to my fiancée's birthday. Very quiet place and ideal for couples, I recommend and will be back for sure!

The stay was excellent, the house has ample space for large groups, all well organized and clean, has an excellent location, close to the beach of Geribá (about 8 minutes walking, without haste), near Rua das Pedras for the night tour (about 10 minutes by transport) and close to Porto da Barra in Manguinhos (a shopping center with several excellent restaurants) among other places in Búzios. The host Andreza is extremely attentive, she always responds quickly and promptly. For the size of the house, the good structure and the location, it is very worth the cost benefit. I highly recommend renting!

Excellent accommodation, Jamila and Darren are incredible people, always ready to help with any questions we have, their house is very nice and spacious, they have everything at hand and they are in an incredible area. No doubt it is great to stay here🫶🏽🙌🏽🌟, 100% recommended, good people❤️.

We stayed for the second time at the Casa das Palmeras and the experience was excellent. The house is only 150 meters from the beach and about 15 minutes from the tourist areas, so I recommend renting a car. The house is very nice, with a lovely exterior and comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The pool, about 32 degrees, was a great hit for our kids, as well as being deeper than it looks in the pictures. The garden is a place to enjoy, full of greenery, flowers and bananas, which my children were able to enjoy directly. The common spaces and bedrooms were clean, although some details such as improving the kitchen bays and faucet might help. The staff were very friendly, especially Jussuara, who was in charge of the maintenance, and the gentleman who takes care of the pool. They made us feel right at home. Without a doubt, it is an ideal place for families looking for tranquility, a beach without crowds and a cozy atmosphere.
