Excellent stay at Marlene's house. Beautiful place, the house is very complete. Marlene, Carlos and Sra are very attentive and friendly. Located 3 minutes walk from João Fernandinho beach and 5 from João Fernandes. Keep in mind that the rooms below communicate only outside in case of going with Boys. And that the fourth double bed is inside the master bedroom with no door We hope to go back!

I and my family loved the place , the apartment exactly like the photos I found it large and spacious with 2 bathrooms found this very good , beds and pillows very comfortable for sleeping and bath towels also available, all appliances working , excellent location we do not use the car for nothing has everything nearby pharmacy , markets etc.. Even without Andressa being there and the building being without a doorman was very easy to check in and out with the instructions of Andressa , I recommend the apartment to everyone.

The stay was brief but very good. A lot of predisposition by Silva and other employees of the inn. Although it has no luxury, it is super functional and is close to one of the best beaches in Búzios

Quiet place and still untouched beach, surrounded by natural beauties, without kiosks. For those who want peace of mind. The Resort is wonderful.

Very good Apt!! It's worth it!!! Structure and utensils in great condition, clean.. building in general good tb and visual of apt note 10!!! The only two observations: minibar was only cooling, it did not cool well, and only a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom - just adjust and everything is a ball show.

The room is as it appears in the photos. The accommodation is very well located, super clean and cozy. The hosts were very attentive and friendly, they made us feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

Pousada very well tidy, clean, I took the quadruple room with a balcony that is very large, air-conditioning working well... Point of Attention eh only the double bed that is orthopaedic, there are people who like it, I particularly do not, but we use the single ones that are good.... the breakfast is reasonable, but if there was a variation of the dishes served it would be great.

Wonderful place, extremely clean apartment and corresponds with the advertised, the resort is great in everything, family environment, very good indeed! I only have one observation, there is no Wi-Fi inside the room, as my phone signal was not good, I suffered a little in this regard, but nothing that does not make me want to come back.

Me and my daughter loved the Stay, we were very well received by Vinicius and his charming Gatinha Luna rsrs ! The Local is right in the center of Cabo Frio next to everything, markets, warehouses, beaches, for those who do not have a car the ubber of the place of stay to Arraial and other places is well taken into account and the sensational tours! We'll definitely be back more often.

Good accommodation, the suite met our needs and easy access to various beaches. I will recommend to other people!

It was good, a little hard mattress and the wifi is not very good, but it is not at a very high price so everything is fine👍🏻 and the pool is very good.
