Well, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Jacob, thank you so much for having us at this stunning place from 20th Feb until 1st March. You were so accommodating we felt at home, Dubai is 4 hours ahead London but there was not a day I was unable to communicate with Jacob. Most of the time very late 1, 2, 3,4,5 in the morning but after some minutes we would reply straight away, I felt bad sometimes as I thought I was Kelly you awake. He didn’t disappointed me when we got there again very easy to contact as you would get the response straight away. Thank you so much Jacob to go the the extra mile providing a car seat for my baby when I arrived at the flat was already there wow, something that was not included I mentioned this with you and you provided for us. I was supposed to go with my sons but at last minute my partner decided to go as well I contact Jacob straight way explained the situation and again he was so accommodated. The flat was big enough for all of us well located love

Responsive host, clean apartment. Close to local metro. Close to nice local restaurants. Overall had a great experience. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Beautiful new apartment with amazing view over the seeside with stylish interior. I had very comfortable stay there with my little son and my mother. Beach was just in front of the building with free sun chairs and the private pool as well. The service was great with quick response. Came to Dubai to visit some friends and stayed here, looked better in real life than the photos, had a great view of the desert, host was always responsive and helpful, overall was a great experience and I would come back here again!

enjoy the stay except the water pressure from the shower head is weak.. other than that, a fantastic location , great home and host

Good location! Appreciated the private parking space and the corner store just outside the building was very convenient. There was also a great little restaurant at the base of the building which had a nice variety of cuisines, coffees, smoothies, etc for quick bites. I used the gym which was clean and had weights and treadmills . Washer worked well and clothes dried quickly on balcony hanger. Kids were comfortable on Futon which was made up nicely as a bed for them on arrival. Smart TV worked and internet was pretty fast for remote working. No complaints! Would stay here again!

great holiday place, very calm location, provides for good walking by waterside, the area is new but has lovely places to eat out. We were very happy with our stay and even extended it. we thorougly revommend this rental accomodation and would stay there again if had an opportunity. Host is very attentive.

We enjoyed our stay at Nader’s place. The view from the apartment is amazing and beautiful. The place is huge for an apartment and has everything one would need. Nader is friendly, knowledgeable and we talked on many different topics. Public transportation is walking distance as well as many restaurants.

What an amazing view & beautiful flat. Simon’s was very kind & always here to help. Nice location very clean place. The security guy at the reception was not friendly but this has nothing to do with Simon or the flat. Will definitely come back here :)

Great place feels like home and as described.

Excellent stay at the Tiger Tower. Super close to Marina shops and restaurants. One block from the tram that connects you to the metro. The apartment itself is super spacious and comfortable. Host is very helpful and available for whatever you need.

The place was so beautiful and clean close to shops and restaurants the view of burj Khalifa was beautiful only 10 min drive to dubia mall and 5 min away from festival mall. Giving my big thanks to Ahmad and his team AHBDO for coming everyday to clean the appartments for me and giving all the essentials needed and calling us to making sure that we were ok and if we needed anything? I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like their home and feeling like you’re are in a 5 star hotel.

Incredible location with views of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. Short walking distance to the fountains and Dubai mall with heaps of restaurants and cafes. Timeout market is close by too with heaps of food options. The hosts are great and very attentive.

Everything was perfect. The host was amazing and if anything is needed he is available to assist. 10/10 !!!
