We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

40m² - direkte Lage am Markkleeberger See. Keine Minute bis zum Strand. 5 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn um in 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Leipzig zu sein. Am asphaltierten Rundweg um den See gelegen (9km) - ideal für Jogger oder Inlineskater, sowie alle die sich gern an der frischen Luft bewegen ist die Auszeit an Markkleeberger See perfekt. Seit 2025 erhebt die Stadt Markkleeberg eine Beherbergungssteuer von 5%, welche hier als "Gebühr für sonstige Leistungen" ausgewiesen wird.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipziger Seenlandschaft. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connection, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a butcher around the corner.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

Experience unforgettable moments on Germany's largest artificial lake. On our houseboat you can enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace, conjure up delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and sleep restfully in one of the two cozy box spring beds. You can explore the Geiseltal Lake with the two stand-up paddle boards on board, and numerous other excursion options in the area are waiting to be discovered by you.

The house offers a spacious kitchen on about 50 m2, with a large stove and great amenities, the living room with an electric fireplace and the magnificent view over the lake, invites you to dream and relax. Outside there is a grill corner and a small garden for sunbathing or playing. The car park is located directly at the house.

Our cozy cottage is located directly at Lake Hainer in the south of Leipzig. The large sun terrace with lake view, the cozy living-dining area with fireplace and the 3 bedrooms offer enough space for up to 8 people – to chat, eat, play, laugh, romp, dream. Lucky hut with wonderful views

The house "Wald-See-Glück" is a truly natural idyll. Framed by tall pine trees, you can see the squirrels hopping from tree to tree and at the same time have a wonderful view of the Hohenwarte reservoir, whose shore or beach area is about 200 m away.
