Vacation rentals with lake access in Bur Dubai

Very nice location, heated pool to relax and enjoy the lake view. Perfect size for 5 persons to stay. Our host was always reachable and provided all the information we needed. We will definitely consider staying at this villa again.

Such a beautiful place, zilal was a great host!

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

It was easy to communicate with Tarik. Check in was very easy. Building is old and needs some updates. Apartment location is wonderful, in the best part of the marina, with awesome views from the balcony.

I had an incredible 1 month stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, Maryam was an outstanding host, super responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The apartment itself was phenomenal, super clean, beautifully designed, and even better than the pictures! Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. Baraa is a very responsive host and the apartment was a very good value for money …which is why i give it 5 stars . However there were a couple of things i didn’t like . The bathtub is very weared off and very old and the toilet seat in the guest toilet is very old and cheap . the apartment is not super well equipped . the kitchen has few appliances . i would say it is a good fit if you eat mostly outside like we did . We stayed 17 days and i had to ask for extra clean towels and an extra duvet since weather in january was cold during night. he brought me the towels and plugs but i never got the duvet. All in all it was a good experience because the view from the flat and the rooftop pool and view were both breathtaking….. but there are improvements to do for this apartment definitely. Oh and be careful not to loose the building access key card or it will cost 200 aed to replace. i luckily found mine back and didn’t have to pay for it but i almost lost it and is what i got asked .

Hareb was very friendly and quick to respond. Very flexible and accomodating host. Place was very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.
