We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside house! The views of the water from both ends of the house were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect retreat. The location was peaceful and private, exactly what we were looking for. The house was impeccably clean, with spotless bathrooms and tasteful furnishings that made the space feel cozy yet elegant. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, which made check-in and navigating the house seamless. They were also incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Gina’s place is a little gem. It’s in a great position with an amazing outlook. The large windows gave you an ever changing artistic natural mural. It was wonderful looking out to the wildlife and birds each day. The house was well equipped and every thought catered for. Beds were comfortable and cozy. I do recommend Gina’s house. 🌻🌻🌻

A very enjoyable family holiday. A very beautiful setting with nice walks and beaches nearby, great fishing and plenty of games for the kids in the house and shed.

We stayed at Tricia’s for 5 nights. We used it as a base for day outings and it was perfect. Coming back each day to the best view was so relaxing. The house is old but extremely comfortable. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Super comfortable queen bed and a large combustion heater that warms the whole house on cold nights. We can definitely recommend this air bnb property.

My family and I had the best time staying here. Every little detail was thought out. Not that we needed it as we bought our own, but the selection of pantry items was well and above the usual. The outside bath was a very nice touch! We would definitely stay again

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

The holiday home was situated overlooking the Derwent River and mountains. You are able to while away hours watching the cruise ships berthing. The home itself is well appointed with most things required to self cater. Furniture is stylish and pleasant to be around. A second living area in the basement allows children and adults element of privacy. Wifi and Netflix available.

The view of the water and city was spectacular; we absolutely loved our stay there. The massive indoor pool and games area were fantastic for the kids as well. There was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Definitely recommend.

I stayed with 2 girlfriends for a quiet getaway for my friends 40th birthday and an excuse to have a book stacation. the accommodation was perfect for our needs, a beautiful view, all the amenities we needed to cook for ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and the privacy in the comfort of these beautiful home.

This place is incredible. Rob greeted us on arrival and was super lovely showing us around sharing his tips about the area. The house is just gorgeous with the most stunning view - it was hard to leave! Everything was presented so beautifully and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Rob even provided coffee pods, fresh bread, milk and Tim Tams for us which was a real treat! The chickens was a massive hit, especially for our 5 year old son! We really hope to come back here again.

The cottage is in a great location near the beautiful Kingston Beach. It was very comfortably furnished and was perfect for us as a family of 4. The kitchen is very well equipped, so we enjoyed cooking ourselves. I would like to emphasize the cleanliness of the cottage!!! We felt very comfortable and would recommend anyone to rent this cottage! It was a good starting point for our excursions e.g. to Bruny Island or Maria Island.

Anne and Robert’s place was just what we needed, we’d had a stressful week and needed to get away for a few days, so it was perfect…minimalistic and stress free vibe. Hubby was worried when we arrived because there is no TV in the main living area but I explained that TV watching is not the focus of the properties design. He ended up coping quite well, although still snuck into the tv room for a little bit on the second night. Lol. My fave things were the sound system and the fireplace. Would stay there again….and so would hubby :) Coffee shop near Pharmacy was awesome too.

The place is more beautiful than pictures. It's like a house with a private beach. And the beach is more closer than it is in the Airbnb add which was surprising normally it is other way around. During the day we explore different part of Tasmania and we all feel excited returning to this place. The view and sound of the wave is priceless 👌 Our host Deb was really responsive and helpful. Best Airbnb experience so far!!
