I booked and visited for 4 nights and loved it so much that I canceled my Vienna schedule and extended it for another 2 nights. It was a happy time for both my grandmother and 3 children. The place was clean and the host who lives on the first floor is friendly. You can pre order bread for breakfast every morning. Swimming pool, sauna at sports facilities in the neighborhood They helped me use my membership for free. I stayed here and went to nearby attractions such as zell am see, salzburg, etc. I watched the stars from the terrace of the house. It was a great memory!

She had a good stay for my family. We stayed two days and I wish her visits again.

We felt very comfortable in Gabrielle's apartment. Very quiet area. The double bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There is plenty to explore in the area and Gabrielle was very helpful and always available for questions. We highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is perfectly located for the ski holiday. The ski buses go right outside the door and the Grafenberg lift is within walking distance. There are supermarkets close by and bars and restaurants right nearby. The apartment is neat and spacious with a lovely large balcony.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Fantastically beautiful place, highly recommended! Walter was very helpful and helped us with our concerns at all times. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

A real gem with nostalgic charm! We enjoyed our stay in this old mill. If you appreciate a cozy, authentic atmosphere in a modernized old building, you will immediately feel comfortable. The house exudes a special charm reminiscent of past times and offers everything one needs for a relaxing break. We were particularly enthusiastic about the location: right outside the front door there are beautiful hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers ;-). In wintertime, the Lofer and Steinplatte ski resorts are easily accessible. Smaller ski areas are very close. The furnishings are older, clean and very well maintained. The outdoor area is large and invites you to relax and play. All in all, a great place for those looking for something special. We will be happy to come back! 😊

We loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed as a family of four. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Beds super comfortable. We used the swimming pool and sauna in the hotel - excellent. We travelled to Bad Gastein by train. Using the local bus was extremely easy to get into town and ski each day.

Very nice apartment, good location, no complaints. Host also provided Tennengau guest card which can be used to get discounts at nearby attractions.

Wonderful apartment, right in the centre of town, short walk from the city express lift station or the bus to Schmittenhöhe. Ski locker downstairs was great, house was sparkling clean. Very kind and responsive host, house had everything we needed (travelled with 2 young children). Would definitely stay here again

A super great apartment. We felt very comfortable. We have a few small suggestions for improvement: 1. Towel rack in the bathroom 2. A very clean and modern place, lovely and warm and with a lovely balcony looking towards the river. The apartment was finished with lovely attention to detail, very good quality furniture throughout. Great sized bedrooms, and a really spacious dining and living area. We met Harry when we arrived and he was really friendly and helpful in explaining how everything worked.. The neighbours were all very friendly as well, clearly a calm place to be. We used the apartment as a base for driving to skiing, only 25 mins to Scheffau and closer again to Soll. Parking right outside meant a hassle free experience, the local supermarket was also helpful, as it was only 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Absolutely perfect for us, we would book again.
