Very good stay in adi's apartment. Ideally located in the village close to the points of interest of Lake Como. The views are breathtaking, the accommodation is clean, well equipped for 6 people The kitchen is the bathroom are new. The beds are good qualities Small downside to the downstairs bedroom, it's cooler and it's a little wet. I would highly recommend.

Cristinel was a great host, he is sunny, communicative and helpful, he gave us the precise directions to the apartment and also helped us get there. and gave us directions how to get around Milan. The apartment is located in a quiet area, it is very clean, furnished with everything you need to stay comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend it.

A single beautiful word, beautiful landscape, beautiful tranquility, beautiful everything. An amazing place, the apartment perfect, very comfortable beds, different pillows to choose from.

Definitely new structure. The apartment had a beautiful terrace with a view of the rooftops of the city that was very evocative. Well-decorated, clean, and functional spaces. Nothing to object to. In communication, I would improve response times by phone or messaging. During our stay the fire alarm was triggered and communication with the support service was quite slow. I really enjoyed my stay at Carlo’s place 👍 Pros: - Spacious, authentic apartments. - Everything you need for a comfortable stay (wine glasses, sharp knives, plus a pasta set and sparkling wine in the fridge). - Beautiful views from the windows and the courtyard. - Cozy, peaceful location with birds singing in the morning. - You’ll be welcomed by a great host who is always available and ready to help with anything. For future visitors: - If you plan to rent a car, choose a compact one. The villa is located on a steep hill, and the roads in the area are mostly narrow and winding. - To easily access the courtyard, I recommend approaching from the Como side. We came down the hill, which made it a bit tricky to enter the property with a larger car. - If you get cold easily, bring slippers to avoid walking barefoot—many Italian homes have cool marble or stone floors. I highly recommend this place and plan to return for a longer stay to explore the surroundings.

Our stay was perfect, villa was better than anticipated. Was extremely clean on arrival and had everything we needed already there. They even left out towels for us which we had all forgot! Would recommend highly and would stay in again. Also everyone we met with regards to the property was very nice and friendly.

Natalia is a really nice and caring host, who provided very helpfull suggestions about the location, restraunts, etc. The apartment was very clean and nice, has everything one might need and is furnished with flawless taste.

The location was great! Easily accessible and in a nice area. Clear instructions to get in and without complications. Close to Duomo, around 10 minute-walk. The place was super clean and as described. Filippo is a great host, very helpful before and throughout our stay! Would definitely choose the place again next time I’m in Milan!
