Our experience in this apartment was extremely positive. The house was spacious and cozy, the sofa is spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean. The view from the balcony is very nice, since the house overlooks a small parking lot and when the sky is clear you can see the mountains in the distance. The area is very quiet, quiet and safe. Also, the house is close to the green metro (which leads directly to the center), tram 11, and NBU University. Nearby there are also many local convenience stores and a large supermarket, so it's great for long stays. The landlady, Tania, is very kind and always available. She responds very quickly to messages and has always been helpful. She speaks perfect Italian. We highly recommend staying in this apartment, which is perfect for both one and two people.

I was very happy with this place last time I stayed here, which led to my decision to choose it for another stay in Sofia. My positive sentiment was re-affirmed – one has every amenity inside for a relatively long stay in the capital with a quick connection to the subway system. The host, Terry, was very responsive and provided useful help whenever a question sprung up or an issue was encountered.

We had a wonderful time in Velichka's beautiful apartment! You immediately feel at home, cozy, lots of light (windows) and equipped with every comfort overlooking various types of trees. Velichka is very committed and always available. Nature is around the corner, 5 minutes and you are in the forest. Buses around the corner and run on time and often. Supermarket within walking distance and nice restaurants nearby. Recommended!
