A stunning property with the most incredible views. The kitchen was very well equipped, a lovely bathroom and a comfortable bed too. We spent a great weekend here and loved it. Only one slight downside, as others have mentioned, the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up by which time it was very dark. Such a shame we could not enjoy the fantastic views ! Other than that, we would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

I can’t think of a more perfect place to stay outside Edinburgh; my stay at Philippa’s, was as close to home away from home as it could get. A lovely apartment, pristinely clean, aptly and comfortably decorated and well stocked, for a short or long stay; everything you could need to explore the Scottish Border towns, was on hand. Philipa was a gracious and attentive Host. The train and bus interchange, literally across each other, are mere minutes walk from the apartment, which is located on a neighborly quiet street. You’ll also be located within mere minutes from large grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and the High Street. I loved Pip’s place; this is a true gem, and I’m already planning a second visit. Unreservedly recommend a stay here.
