Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Boulder County

Nice place in great location to explore Boulder, walking distance to Pearl Street and some other cool nearby spots. Quiet residential neighborhood with easy parking, lots of trees, nice neighbors. On the first morning we found out those neighbors occasionally include mule deer, how cool is that!! Carol was flexible regarding check-in time, and greeted us on arrival. She has a ton of local recommendations for things to see and do. Her place is comfortable and well equipped. She lives above the apartment, so yes of course you can hear some normal living noises, but this did not bother us at all! Would love to come back!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

I have stayed with Ivo before and will continue to stay at his wonderful, easy apartment. It is always clean, organized and quiet. It is near walking/biking trails on Coal Creek, so it is easy to get in a morning or evening or anytime walk. Thank you Ivo!

The apartment was perfect for my daughter and me. It was in a convenient location and spacious enough for us to share. Mark let us check in early which was so nice. I loved the extra heater in the bathroom ceiling and the shower was very nice. There’s a little coffee pot and a keurig but you will have to bring your own coffee. Highly recommend The Read Queen bookstore (walking distance), Pearl St in Boulder for great restaurants and shopping, and a day trip to Nederland if you have time!

Lovely space! The host was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was comfortable and it’s a beautiful walk to Main St.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our stay in Longmont. The neighborhood was so nice to walk around and close to everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We will stay again.

The house looks exactly like the pictures! Kitchen is well-stocked, and bathroom has shampoo and conditioner and body wash. The hot tub needed to be heated up in advance; just be aware of checking on it before getting in. The hot tub towels are easy to find, and the bathroom towels are so soft and cozy! The place is nicely decorated, equipped with doggie dishes and doggie bags, and the blankets are clean and cozy. Russell was extremely responsive and kind.

This is a great place with lots of bedrooms. Close to hiking in Sonitas, but also to downtown. Great dining room table which was great for playing games. Comfortable beds. Clean place. Recently renovated. Only issue is only a single bathroom and it’s downstairs. But otherwise a great place!

Charlie's place was just what we needed for a weekend of hanging out with family who live nearby. Charlie was extra responsive and friendly in our communications. The place is exactly as expected from the pictures and descriptions. The main bed was very comfortable, which is a super bonus!

Great place . Spotlessly clean . Dog Friendly but no hair. The kitchen is amazing- well stocked w superb cookware. Very well organized. Beds were very comfortable- nice linens & towels. Everything in description was there plus some . We were in town for an estate clean out so were at house am & pm. Very relaxing & comfortable. We appreciated the location & lots of parking as we were hauling a uhaul w a truck plus another truck . Thank you .

Our stay was great! Her home was well maintained and well supplied. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I really enjoyed the decor and use of the garage. Definitely would highly recommend!

Love this place! We were there for family weekend at CU and this place was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle and traffic of Boulder but close enough to do all the things. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with wildlife and starry nights, and just steps from a really nice hiking trail. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you need and great deck for grilling and enjoying the quiet. Our host was responsive and helpful and could not have been more accommodating - I had one little inquiry and he called me and we had it sorted immediately. Definitely top notch!

Beautiful view and very nice interior. We enjoyed the privacy of it while still being close to lots of things. The host was in constant contact to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great experience.

Good location for walking to downtown Boulder and to access Eldora skiing. Very clean and very quiet unit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We would stay here again with our kids.

Alison’s spot is fantastic because she’s clearly thought through every detail of the guest experience. The space is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming, with clean white countertops, quality appliances, and modern yet warm cabinetry. The kitchen and dining areas flow beautifully, and the decor is tasteful and uncluttered. Upstairs, the three bedrooms have comfortable beds and fresh linens, and during our snowy, freezing stay, Alison even provided electric blankets for each room—a thoughtful touch. Small details, like Native-brand soaps in the bathroom and a drink fridge stocked with water and beer, show her care and attention. Nothing feels forced; it’s clear she simply asked, “What would I want in a stay?” and made it happen. Alison is also communicative and responsive, reaching out to ensure we were comfortable. It’s easy to see why this place is a guest favorite. If you’re staying in Boulder, this spot is hard to beat.

Nice apartment in the heart of Boulder. Accessible to everything Boulder has to offer including CU! Accommodations were lovely and so well decorated. Plenty of room for 4 adults or a family of 4.

Highly recommend! Incredibly convenient and walkable to Pearl St. Irena was such a great host and was always responsive. I work remote and the internet was fast and reliable. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, coffee and other basic essentials I needed and more. The bed was comfortable. Zero complaints!

This place was great for my short trip to Boulder. It was clean and updated. It felt very cozy during the time I was there. Eric was extremely responsive and a great host!
