Adam's cozy house in the woods is perfect for enjoying a peaceful, relaxing break. The house is just as described and very nicely set up. The tiny town of Peninsula is a 5 minute walk away with a wonderful coffee shop, antique store, farm market, a couple of restaurants, national park store and an entrance to the canal. It was a great place for exploring the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and unwinding. It's clear that a great deal of attention has been paid to the renovations and setting up the house for ease and comfort. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice stay. Carol was very informative and communicative during the stay. We enjoyed the space and Carol left no detail out. We cooked all our meals and kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable living space and streaming TV with a nice selector streaming services. Fire pit was nice and relaxing. Highly recommend.

This was a really nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with every amenity we needed for a long and extended stay. The location was great within walking distance of restaurants, trails and events.

The previous guest wanted to extend their stay in the Guesthouse, so Joseph generously offered us his larger white house farm property across the road. It was a wonderful treat, and we loved our time near Cuyahoga National Park! The property is a short walk from Brandywine Falls, and a short drive to the other park hikes and attractions. Joseph's house was incredibly clean and well-cared for and stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. Every inch of the design, construction and decoration of the house is impeccably well thought out and high quality. We loved the huge windows which gave us beautiful views of the rural beauty and sunsets. My boys loved visiting with the chickens and Sugar, the farm dog.
