Perfectly located for our rest time after hike, we love it!!! Woke up to the fresh air, house is well equipped for our needs. However worthy to note that the toilet inside the unit is squat type, the host kindly allowed us to use the other toilet outside the unit when we requested since after the hike squatting becomes quite an issue for us. Peferct host will definitely recommend the place.

The house was beautifully renovated to my surprise It's not like a rental room is more like a home because it's designed and decorated. The kitchen is very clean in every way, and it is very convenient. The TV is large and the sofa is nice to lay on The only thing I don't like is wiping the foot mat off the black hair and the white floor Others are really nice, very recommendable It's also relatively cheap and good value for money compared to the same listing👍

My stay at Brahminy Kite in Kota Kinabalu was fantastic. The host was incredibly supportive and made sure everything was perfect. The view is breathtaking, and the privacy of the place made it a peaceful retreat. One thing I loved was how clean the whole area was no mosquitoes or flies, even outside. It was such a pleasure to relax without any disturbances. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

The hosts were very helpful in giving directions to the house which helped us find it easily. Check in and check out was also flexible. Hosts are also very responsive! Overall, it was a very comfy stay. If you're having your convocation in the area, I would highly recommend it!

The parking is spacious, there are many rooms, the air conditioning is cold, there is a stove, a 2-door refrigerator, the bathroom is clean, the water is cold. Got a small mineral water of 4 bottles. Provided towel, tooth brush, tooth paste, bar soap, dish soap, etc.

The host is so nice and reachable, House is comfortable for 15 people and more. Parking space fit 3 family cars. 5/5 stars!
