We had a slight inconvenience with the water heater not functioning. After a few days it was resolved. The host was responsive and provided me an extra day for the inconvenience. Overall the place is nice and the host made it right.

I was able to share a weekend with my family at this beautiful complex and the truth is that we are completely amazed at the beautiful of the place and its surroundings, a space equipped with everything you could need and be comfortable and at home. We would come back without thinking about them. Wonderful place to share with the family. Thank you very much!!! 100 recommended.

My stay at Cristian & Esmely’s place was absolutely wonderful. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

I would definitely stay here again. It is truly a Dominican Family Home. My mom had nostalgia because it reminded her of her childhood home. Marino was great at communicating and anything wrong with the home I was able to show him and he would let me know that he would take care of it. Thank you for all you do. If you are coming from the USA to stay in Bani doesn’t matter if it’s in this location or another one, please keep in mind that you are in a tropical place and you are going to see all types of bugs. It is not a big deal here just focus on having fun. Nonetheless this home was spacious, clean and well organized.

Had a wonderful time at this location. Pros: The Place looks better in person, the ACs are nice and cold, the Wi-Fi is good, Nice little nooks to relax or even read a book, and the Water pressure is good. Cons: This place doesn't have any cons in my opinion. The electricity did go out, but that's not something the Host has control over. That's a town problem.

The place is so much nicer than what the photos show, cozy and with perfect places to take pictures. On the top floor, the beach view is spectacular. The service was excellent, the person who received us was very kind. The stay was impeccable, with well-distributed rooms and all with air-conditioning. 10/10!

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

The place is great, super bn located. You can walk to the lookout. Take your kids to play on the skates. There's a lot of outdoor activities. This airbnb is great for family travel.

The Place: 1 minute from a private beach. The staff at the clubhouse was great as was the food. Security was great and is in safe location. I run 10km daily in the area without problems, but the best part was working with Omar and his wife..because of curfew in RD now the supermarket closed the day we came, but Omar's wife saved the day and drove us to the supermarket..is a great place and area to experience RD life...and also is fresh fish just a 2 minutes drive down the road....any problems you have Omar will solve...

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.
