Monthly Rentals in Boca Raton

My husband and I flew in to town for the weekend to meet our first grandson that was just born. The place was great! Super clean and perfect for what we needed. (Didn’t spend a ton of time there. Basically slept only). We did have one hiccup with someone that kept banging on our door and kept trying to open it the last night we were there. Apparently there is another unit and it was the guest from there. Either way scared us and made for a sleepless night not knowing that till the next morning when Peter messaged us back. I would just suggest during summer months to request Peter to turn on the a/c unit in the living room before you get in. It was quit warm when we checked in late Friday night and made it hard to sleep in the bedroom since the a/c window unit is only in living room space. It took quite a while to cool the bedroom. Just wanted to let folks know in case they don’t love the heat like we do 🥴 Overall it was a great stay and we’d stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Josee is an outstanding host and made us feel very welcome with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a welcome sign waiting for us at arrival. The unit listing was described as a “Zen modern villa” and that is exactly what we felt when we entered. It was spotless with a calm, cozy & peaceful vibe. It was also well stocked! We enjoyed the screened in lanai & had most of our meals out there. Walkability was important to us and we were happy to be able to walk to many stores & restaurants including Target and Whole Foods. The beach & downtown were just a short drive from our location. Communication was top notch. Whenever we had a question or concern, Josee was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Our thanks to Josee for a very enjoyable stay and we hope to return next year!

Great quiet place in safe neighborhood. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Place was clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to Miami and other places to explore. Highly recommend!

Janessa was extremely communicative and friendly from the beginning, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She made my stay outstanding.
