Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a great stay Cecile was always available and the accommodation is very well thought out for a family with 3 teenagers.

i spent 7 days in Cèline's apartment with my wife and son. We had a great time, Cèline's apartment is equipped with everything, even in the kitchen nothing is missing. Cèline is a host who is always available but discreet. I recommend it to anyone who loves comfort and tranquility.

Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

Beautiful, unique. we spent time during Christmas time and we had an amazing weather, the use of the kitchen at the swimming pool was great and now have great memories. although we might have felt a little cold in the evening, the fireplace made our stay warm and cosy. thanks for the clear instructions.

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, with its lovely garden and pool. The area is very calm and peaceful, yet close to many nice destinations for day trips. Julien and his wife Celine were always helpful and very responsive, and really helped us out when it turned out we had forgotten our coats at the house after we returned home. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful Villa and a brilliant host in Maria. Her communication from beginning to end was fantastic. The Villa was stunning with views overlooking Cannes and was perfectly located to explore the many beautiful areas along the coastline. The Villa itself was amazing, really spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The pool area was particularly well equipped with lots of lovely comfortable sunbeds to enjoy the sunshine and the views. After two weeks we were sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate a return trip if we are visiting the area again.

we only stayed one night and we slept very well, the beds were comfortable, the accommodation was very clean and the environment is super quiet!! we were able to park our car on the property. the owner is very friendly and accommodating, thank you to him i recommend it 100%

An exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment not overlooked, very green and sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident which makes it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of Colle sur Loup for more than 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Perfect villa for a large group or family holiday (we were 2 families). The pool is fantastic, and really well maintained, in a pretty garden setting. Love the swing seats, and the table tennis table is a great new addition. The views from the kitchen and upstairs are beautiful. Agnes, who looks after bookings for Isabelle, was really helpful and responsive to queries. We had a problem with the shutters but we were impressed with how quickly it was resolved, and they even offered to buy blackout blinds whilst waiting for the electrician to visit. The villa is a short stroll to the village, which is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful accommodation. Very private. Nice pool which you often get to yourself. Most residents really friendly. Very spacious with everything you need. All bedrooms good sized. 20 minute walk into Antibes and 10 mins to local supermarket. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Buses are cheap if you don’t want to walk. Trains are cheap if you want day trips out to Monaco, Cannes etc. Ana was very helpful throughout and you receive a welcome pack with loads of useful information. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay. The place was so ideal for young children (we had 6 under 5 years) and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. The trampoline and also the safety fence around the pool were great features. Samantha was so incredibly helpful and always responsive. Thank you so much! This was a really special and one off trip for us and was made even better by the flawless stay at your lovely home. Xx

Pleasant stay, very well-located house, quiet.

The house is wonderful. It is spacious and clean and very well Kept. Fabulous pool with electric cover. Great BBQ. There are 6 bedrooms each with bathroom but some share toilets. The village is very quiet but very well Located to all the towns and villages around. 25 mins to Antibes. 45mins to Monaco and 30 mins to Nice. Very good grocery and butcher. Very spacious grounds and good parking.

We had a great time! Beautiful place and surroundings! Fantastic to have a relaxed vacation.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Our stay with Laëtitia was urgently two days into the new year, she showed great responsiveness and availability to welcome us. Laetitia is a thoughtful host, we were welcomed warmly. Her little house is a little cocoon in which you feel at home. Thanks again for this stay.

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

Five stars all around! Location, location, location! Plus a beautifully decorated interior with lots of artwork and a huge garden with many different “rooms”. Melanie is charming and responsive. Fully equipped kitchen. We had plans for sightseeing but hardly left the property, spending the week reading and relaxing, and enjoying the views in this beautiful spot.
