Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Birch Bay

Just as described, perfect for our Girl's Weekend. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful trees. As described, be prepared for stairs inside and outside (wasn't an issue for us). Hot tub view felt like a tree house, beautiful. Pictures and description of the property were spot on. We loved hanging out at the house in the cozy living room, each having our own rooms and very spacious bathrooms. Lovely home!

The Twin Palms at Forbidden Island Motor Lodge is beyond cool. The mid century mod vibes were so rad, from the decor to the layout. The location is easily walkable to the local restaurants and the ferry. Comfy bed, private soaking tub outside and the fire pit were great after a long day of exploring the island. Like a private groovy sanctuary. It was like being transported to the 60s in the best possible way. I was only sorry I didn’t bring a caftan. Can’t wait to come back and see how the entire property develops. Jason has a vision and it’s got fabulous potential for an entire resort.

Our family is local to the area but we just wanted an escape from our day to day routine. Ana’s home was exactly what we needed to recoup and reconnect as a family. It was winter but some of us still got to enjoy the lake, hot tub, and sauna. We decided to extend our stay by one night and Ana was extremely helpful in make the accommodations work. The home and location is beautiful and a place we are excited to plan another trip to hopefully in the very near future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Gorgeous views! Private beach to enjoy Clean hot tub Well appointed kitchen with everything you would need to cook meals. Just bring food! I like to know as much as possible about the layout of a home so hope this helps: The master bedroom has a king bed and is big and lovely with a full bathroom. Above that room is a loft with a full bed and a twin bed. Great space for young adults (closest bathroom is across the house and it is a powder room) The other side of the house has two bedrooms. One with a queen and a futon, the other with a queen and a twin. Those rooms do not have a ton of extra space. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and easy to use. The staircases are a little steep, fine for the younger travelers but did not feel comfortable with grandparents tackling them. Very comfortable beds! The living area has large windows to enjoy the view! We absolutely loved our time there and wanted to stay longer!

Merlyn was fantastic. Absolutely no problems from start to finish. The home is exactly as described, no surprises at all. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, hot tube was perfect, and BBQ on the deck was awesome! The home is clean and very peaceful. Merlyn was very responsive and we had no issues to report. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect home to visit family in Bellingham! From the charming details inside the home to the beautiful landscaping in the backyard we felt right at home staying at Hannah’s Airbnb. Walking distance to fun beer/food carts and parks. Short drive (less than 10 min) to downtown Bellingham and Fairhaven.

Awesome spot for our group of 7 buddies. Walked to the small public beach to watch the sunset and star gaze. A couple of us even did a cold plunge. Hot tub was great after a long day of mtb. Kitchen accommodated our large group for family meals and the proximity to eastsound for brunch at Brown Bear on Sunday was great! Can’t wait to come back.

What a find! We booked the Blackbird Lodge for a Mt. Baker trip and it checked all the boxes. From the location to the amenities, everything was well thought out and comfortable -- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back in the future!

Great location, easy to find, and smooth check- and -out. The host is extremely responsive, accommodate requests, and cleans the house daily. Have stayed here a couple of times and definitely recommend.

so it was ok but when I left i sent a message to get my 100 deposit back and then was told that I burned 🔥 the carpet! I Never had anything that was capable of burning the carpet and he claimed that he showed me a picture proof that the carpet wasn't damaged when I got there. I never saw any pictures to prove this and no one physically went over the room with me before or after . Not only didn't I get my deposit back but now he's trying to make me pay more!!! I am a single father and my reason for getting the air bnb in the first place was because my home was burned down in a fire and I lost everything that I owned and even had my dog die in the fire. This is just unfair and I personally am not going to stop until I get my 100$ deposit back and an apology

Had such a great stay! The place was beautiful, and the snowfall made it even more magical. The scenery was stunning, and Sun was super responsive whenever I reached out. Really appreciate it!

This is a very lovely place. It has a unique common area that has a warm and inviting atmosphere to relax and have tea in. Very charming! The price was great for a quality place with two queen beds. The owners clearly take pride in there establishment.

Lucy's place was outstanding. The best shower I've ever been in. Super clean and neat and though it's bit away from DT, it is greatly located. Quite neighborhood in the middle of all kinds of shops and restaurants.

We really, really enjoyed our stay at The Dollhouse. It was exactly as described and was essentially the perfect size for us (couple staying for several nights). The surroundings were so beautiful and the house itself incredibly peaceful. Listening to the frogs at night and the birds in the morning was a joy! The two things I was a little nervous about before our trip turned out to be complete non-issues: while the Dollhouse is closer to a busy road, it is still far enough back and the road is quiet enough that we never really noticed the traffic at all, and although I was a little worried we’d feel too far out from Bellingham, the distance actually felt perfect. Absolutely would recommend this stay and would enthusiastically stay again.

Carla was super communicative and had great recommendations for things to do in the area based on my specific questions. She responded quickly when I reached out during our stay with a question. House instructions were clearly listed and easy to follow. You seriously cannot beat the outside living space and access to water/views! Stunning location & close to Bellingham restaurants and stores.

Great place to stay! Mt Baker area was the main attraction for us, but there is so much more to experience (Nooksack falls, Maple falls). House is small but cozy, best thing is the fence around, so the doggos can go in and out of the house while you soak in the hottub! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Anya and Arlo’s, who went above and beyond lending us a car to get around the island when the ferry allowing cars to come and go from the island went out of service before our arrival. The place was gorgeous, unique, and comfortable.

This is our second time staying at Natasha’s place in the woods. Again we loved it. The stereo system is one of our favorite things and the hammock chairs. This place is perfect inside and out. Thank you again for letting us stay Nic and Felicia

Stayed for a weekend, Great cabin in the forest! There is neighbours but nothing to worry about with lots of tree cover around. super peaceful and quiet. The cabin was in great shape and clean. The hottub on the deck is a great addition.

An off season stay means you get the unparalleled Puget Sound views and also quiet and peace. Cabin was cozy and comfortable. Go grocery shopping on the way to the ferry in Anacortes and the cabin has all the equipment you need to cook. Drive from the ferry dock was short, beautiful, and well-signed.

We wanted a break from our fast-paced Seattle lives to celebrate a birthday, and this was perfecttttt. We were obsessed with every aspect of this place—coming back from skiing at Baker to the small cozy cabin, the river, the hot tub, the pool table. We will definitely be back in the warmer weather to enjoy the fire pit and outdoor tables.
