Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Biot

Aude’s villa is a fantastic place to stay for any family. We have a 2 year old daughter and it had everything she could possibly need! The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is large enough to do a proper swim and the table tennis kept us busy all night long! Being able to have a bbq outside each night whilst taking in the spectacular views was also particularly special! The villa is set in a beautiful location. It is quiet and peaceful in the hills of Tourette’s Sur Loup. However, you are only a 7 minute drive from the town where you can find lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Agnes was extremely communicative and if we needed any questions answering she was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back next year! Thank you Aude for allowing us to stay in your incredible villa.

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

The beautiful views and central location is complimented by the equally comfortable and well stocked house. This was our first visit to Antibes and will definitely be visiting again and will stay here! Super close to all things around and a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful, unique. we spent time during Christmas time and we had an amazing weather, the use of the kitchen at the swimming pool was great and now have great memories. although we might have felt a little cold in the evening, the fireplace made our stay warm and cosy. thanks for the clear instructions.

We spent over a week at Babou’s spacious apartment as a family, which looks exactly like the photos. The sea view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment is good - easy access to the beach and train station (about a 15 minute walk). Fred (Babou’s sister) welcomed us on our arrival - she was friendly and easy to contact if we had any questions. We would recommend staying at Babou’s apartment.

Stayed for a week at Ann's country house and enjoyed every minute. From the welcoming host over the wintery provencal garden, from the perfectly fitted kitchen to the very comfortable beds over the great view from the bedroom window to the pomelos, terrace and pool in the garden. While it is a little difficult to find (stick to the instructions and you'll find it), once you've closed the gate, you're in your own private Southern France universe with olive trees and French terrace doors. We loved everything and very much appreciated that the host entrusted us with kitchen appliances, many elegant lamps to be placed where you need them, enough cutlery and China, coffee, tea, some drinks and chips. Very welcoming. The house is large, offering its guests enough room for privacy as well as place to celebrate togetherness. I liked the closet upstairs with enough space for my wardrobe. The bathroom divider is very special. The house is perfect for 5, two couples +1/ family with 3 kids.

Simply amazing! The imóvrl is the most charming I have ever been in my life. It looks like it came out of a Hollywood movie. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept. All clean and smelling, really amazing and Amandine is wonderfully friendly, polite and friendly. We stayed at her property during the turn of the year and she, with all hospitality received us, was careful to give us a summary of all the information we need to know about the village and kept active contact with us to know if we were okay. I can guarantee that when I get back I'll stay there again.

We spent a night there for a weekend of archery competitions. The apartment is clean rarely seen on Airbnb, tastefully decorated, cozy and very well heated (in the middle of winter). Christine was responsive and courteous. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful and cozy apartment. This is the second time we have always booked here for the Christmas holidays. Out of the chaos of Cannes, you can walk 20/30 minutes. Warm and lumish house. Spacious, perfect for 4 people

Our stay in Nice was wonderful. Charlotte’s spacious unit was looking directly over the harbor and right next to the team stop which allowed such easy access to all of Nice. Catherine greeted us on arrival and gave us a full tour of the apartment and was super helpful and friendly. Such a great experience

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

Ideal accommodation to visit the city center because it is a 10-minute walk. Beautiful environment, friendly house, cocoon garden, responsive and very welcoming host. Small shops nearby, not insignificant and especially your car parked in the courtyard, protected if not impossible to park. I recommend

Ideal location v close to village and well presented /equipped. It was perfect for our short stay as easy to find / park / quick access to village of Bargemon with shop/ cafe / boulangerie . Daniel was very responsive and glad he was English speaking as my French is bit rusty !

This is the place to stay if you love France!

I booked the villa for a holiday with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived on site as the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times above what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING YOU need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb or these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are big and have plenty of storage space. The villa is very spaced which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on all floors are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space is just perfect! The outdoor bar totally seduced us and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong... A big thank you for a wonderful stay! Manon and her friends.

Villa d’Azur is exactly as advertised but better. The house is large with plenty of spaces to gather as a group or be by yourself. The grounds are beautiful and view from the back terrace is amazing. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable including the soda bed which we used for a couple of nights when there were eight people in our group. The entire house was recently renovated so everything is modern and works well. Gary is a very responsive host, answering all our questions before booking and providing a complete house manual before our arrival. We had a couple small problems soon after we arrived and he called back within minutes and helped us troubleshoot the issue and sent someone to repair the problem right away

In January we spent a week at Villa Santa Rosa. The view from the terrace is simply amazing. You don't want to get up anymore and just sit there and enjoy the panorama. The bay of St. Tropez is simply fantastically beautiful. We had sun almost the whole time, but even if it's cloudy, you feel very comfortable in the villa thanks to the heated hot tub and infrared sauna. We had hardly any wind on the covered terrace, as it is very well protected. The villa itself reflects the panorama as a crowning glory. The area is very quiet and located in a dead end street. By car, you can quickly reach the beach or Sainte Maxime, where there are restaurants everywhere that are also open in January. Stéphane answered our questions very quickly and Jany, who takes care of the house, welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything in detail. You're just comfortable in Villa Santa Rosa.

Great location for a family getaway. Host was wonderfully accommodating. Will definitely consider for future travels.

An amazing AirBnB in beautiful surroundings. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm swimming pool and just 10/10 all around. The many bathrooms and showers were great for our group of 11! Merci!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Although the days were not the warmest, we were able to swim without any problems thanks to the heated pool. The view was very nice! The host is very friendly and accommodating. It was perfect and totally cozy.
