Vacation rentals with a balcony in Bibione

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect—just a short walk to so many great attractions, restaurants, and cafes. It was incredibly convenient to explore the area without needing a transportation. Leopoldo was also wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location.

Amazing stay in Venice. Great apt and location. Arriving at our own private patio by boat can’t be beat.

Location was wonderful. Very near a vaporetto stop which is very important when you have a large case!. Arrigo met us on arrival and told us all the good places to visit including restaurants and helpful tips about being in Venice. He provided tea, coffee, water, as well as other things such as toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay in Venice.

Very nice appartment! Very clean, sufficient space for the family: 3 adults and kid - 1 double bed, 2 single beds and sofa in leaving room. 2 separate bathrooms. Washing machine. No issues with water. Great location, walking distance from road bus/taxi and train stations. Sea bus station is just near by as well. Super. Highly Recommend !

Great base to visit Venice. Friendly host and easy check in. Very clean. Proximity to train station and Piazzale Roma made things super easy. The apartment looks out on a lovely campo. In hindsight I would have requested the double room instead of the attic for our teens to share since they were a bit cramped under the eaves of the attic bedroom, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I choose Francesca's nest on the venetian roof's for our first ever visit to Venice for our 40th birthday's and we couldn't be happier, it was perfect and we loved it! It was easy to find from Francesca's directions. It does have 4 flights of stairs but we didn't find this an issue, it's also what gave the best views from the roof terrace and a canal view from the bedroom window. The bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything you need and it was very clean. One thing worth mentioning is the plug sockets are 3 pins, although Francesca did leave 2 adaptors for 2 pin plugs. It is walking distance to most of the main attractions in Venice, has supermarkets, restaurants and a fruit and veg boat right outside. There was also luggage storage next to the Coop as well, i think 5 euro's a piece. It was the perfect base and we will definitely come back!

Amazing and beautiful home, with a Grand Canal view that can't be beat. Location was close to many good restaurants, markets and gelaterias, but also calm, quiet and peaceful at night and in the mornings, which we appreciated. Mariacaterina's place is a lovely, one of a kind gem and we would definitely love to be back one day.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristina's place. It was a very short distance to the Biennale, which was our reason for coming, but it felt sheltered from all the activities surrounding the event. Likewise, it was very quick to get to Via Garibaldi, which had plenty of great restaurants. It was also comfortable enough to stay in one night and cook a meal at the house.
