Monthly Rentals in Beverly

I had an amazing time staying in Jennifer’s Airbnb! It was exactly as promised, and everything had the personal touch of someone thoughtful enough to consider even the smallest details. The bed is unbelievably comfortable! Not to mention the bathroom, kitchen and living room areas. The washer and dryer are such a great feature as well. There were options provided for coffee- including a Keurig coffee machine, with the k-cups. Perfectly placed between two of the main streets in Beverly ( Rantoul and Cabot) you are in walking distance of town, great restaurants, the T, the best parks and beaches. And, of course, Salem is only one T stop away, or walkable. …I could keep going! Jenny was so helpful and always responded quickly. I definitely plan on staying here again.

Karen and her husband were very responsive, friendly and even helped us bring our luggage in. They left us a loaf of warm bread that hit the spot. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels were supplied. we are in the middle of moving and it was a great respite. It is on the small side and it is a very small kitchen to cook in but it met our needs. It is centrally located in a very historic area.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The space was exactly as it was listed and Maria was a friendly and accommodating host!

Molly was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and proactive with all the information I needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. She also shared some great local recommendations that made my stay even better. The room was spotless and featured a charming fireplace that not only added to the cozy atmosphere but also kept the space perfectly warm during the chilly weather. I stayed for four days and three nights, and everything was just right. The location was ideal—super close to my family on the North Shore and within easy reach of all the great spots on Cabot Street. Highly recommend!
