Monthly Rentals in Benton Heights

The place is in a quite neighborhood. The road doesn’t have a sign but GPS was useful. The house was exactly as described and perfect for a couple. It was well stocked including enough bottles of drinking water. A few things were old and slightly broken like bath tub faucet and utensil cabinet but nothing that troubled us. The electronic lock wasn’t working but they had a key which we used - could have been nice to have another set of locks to lock the door at night. We didn’t feel unsafe - just a thought

The Gingerbread House was exactly what we were searching for to get out of the city for a few days to celebrate the new year. The space was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had the best time cozying up by the fire and working on a puzzle as snow fell outside. You can hear Jennifer and her husband (and pups!) every so often above you, but it never bothered us or took away from our visit. They were very quiet. Also the bed is extremely comfortable and as light sleepers, we are happy to report that we slept amazing while staying here. We will definitely be back and are trying to convince multiple friends and family members to stay here.

We really enjoyed our weekend here! The place is cozy + cute, the bed was so comfortable, and the town is peaceful. The caretakers are right next door and are absolute angels. We would come back!

The Flying Diamond ranch is such a special place! We loved everything about it, but especially spending time with/feeding the animals and taking long walks around the property. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Ashley and Rancher Tom!!
