Located within world-renown Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic. It has a very open layout and minutes from the beach, golf, tennis, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite private and the resort is a gated community. NOTE: Property includes two staff that do housekeeping and cooking from 8:30a to 4p daily. Golf Villa 70 is an exceptionally well situated three bedroom Golf Villa next to the 14th fairway of the Links golf course. The villa has panoramic views of the 14th and 15th fairways and greens, the fairway lake and our garden. The Villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/cook. Julie is fluent in English and Spanish. Ok Forget your worries and unwind in Villa del Sol, a secure, spacious and serene villa with a pool and ample outdoor living space. The villa is located within a few minutes of the newly opened Hilton Garden Inn, a marina, and restaurants as well as Caleta beach. We are a short boat ride from Catalina island, 10 minutes drive from Casa de Campo, and 15 minutes from Bayahibe beach. One night stays allowed for additional $40. We are pet friendly. Enjoy your stay at this golf villa, complete with three bedrooms and three baths. Includes private pool and jacuzzi. House has a two person staff, working on cooking and cleaning to help ensure your stay is enjoyable. Nearby Minitas beach is within walking distance, but there is an option to rent the golf cart to make getting from place to place within Casa De Campo easier and faster.
